That's correct, the best fitting long lasting cover I have ever purchased was just replaced for free! This is a company that stands behind their product, it's the best cover I have ever had. I will only buy there covers. . .

Cover doesn’t quite fit my Honda, the back goes way too far down. Every Dowco cover for every bike I have owned does this. They barely fit the front, but are way too tall for the back. They are the suggested models and sizes too. The ratchet system on the latest model I bought is too difficult to draw up and takes more time to put on than the standard model. Very disappointing. Also wish it were available in light gray. Most people that keep their bikes outside live in the south, where gray/silver makes more sense. Silver should be the default on every model.

I requested a replacement for my motorcycle cover after 3 years of use due to a defect and I received a new one shortly afterwards.

It nice to have a strap that connected to bottom of bike to keep it from flying off in the wind. I have a hard bike storage on back of bike, makes it little harder to stretch all the way down.

Website is clean and easy to use. Took less that 5 minutes to fill out warranty claim and get it submitted
