Outstanding performance, and impeccable customer service!!!!

Thank you to the folks at Dowco for facilitating my warranty replacement claim! Followed the warranty claim instructions outlined by Dowco on their website to a tee. It took a bit more than a week to receive plus the associated shipping cost but I now have my replacement Dowco Guardian Weatherall Plus cover. If you're looking for quality products, Dowco is the way to go!

Cover is fine. High quality. Good fit too.

The cover is really nice, like all the motorcycle covers I have owned in the past. However, it is a little short on the back end. The front will cover the front wheels really well. The back of the motorcycle does not cover well past the tail pipes. IT needs to be a little longer to at least cover past the tail pipes. That would make it a perfect cover!!

I absolutely love the cover I bought for my 2000 BMW R1100RT. It fits great and compacts very nicely. Cost/value ratio is great.

These days it's rare to find a company that truly and actually stands behind their products. Most just pay lip service to what they will do when the occasion arises and then inevitably fail to show up for the customer. But not Dowco!! Not only do they stand behind their products (motorcycle covers is what I bought), but they don't make you jump through a million ridiculous hoops in order to secure a replacement. All you have to do is fill in a form online and mail in a proof of purchase tag from the cover itself and pay 10 bucks for a replacement. Pretty reasonable. This experience has made me a Dowco customer for life. Thank you.

The return process was quick and easy. However, the cover is made really weak and if someone wanted to upgrade they aren’t allowed to pay extra. That should be an option if wanted.

Had to replace my cover after a few years on my Harley Davidson. Process was easy, hassle free. I will be using a Dowco boat cover for my boat as well.
