These days it's rare to find a company that truly and actually stands behind their products. Most just pay lip service to what they will do when the occasion arises and then inevitably fail to show up for the customer. But not Dowco!! Not only do they stand behind their products (motorcycle covers is what I bought), but they don't make you jump through a million ridiculous hoops in order to secure a replacement. All you have to do is fill in a form online and mail in a proof of purchase tag from the cover itself and pay 10 bucks for a replacement. Pretty reasonable. This experience has made me a Dowco customer for life. Thank you.

The return process was quick and easy. However, the cover is made really weak and if someone wanted to upgrade they aren’t allowed to pay extra. That should be an option if wanted.

Deny you have a problem, try to tell me I have to return 3 whole covers, charge $30, only then amend and tell me return the labels. Now I discover that others had the same product fail WHEN Moto IS STORED IN A GARAGE. And you block downloads of pdf that have the details.

I bought another Guardian Weatherall Plus cover because the size L fits my bike well and is well constructed—but my experience with these covers is that after two 7-month seasons outdoors, the fabric used in them nowadays will be as fragile as toilet paper.
