I ordered resin replacement. The bag, though heavy, was well wrapped for shipping and came undamaged. It was a snap to do the replacement.

Not worth the money

This product is great, avoided replacing water softener, we have a well made unit. Suddenly water flow was decreased considerably. Replacing resin did the trick, avoiding a new softener, saving several thousands of dollars.

Bypass valve on my 8 year old system began to leak. I emailed my issue to tech support and Karina responded right away, identified the required part, and helped me get it overnight. I installed the new valve in about 5 minutes, and problem solved. Bing bang.
