The product was great except for the filter, which was close to impossible to install. Technical support was very slow to respond and had incorrect information.

I love it. Easy install and the shipping was within a week.

So now I'm writing this review the second time. company is clearly more concerned about reviews and clicks than customer service. I'm disappointed all around. Could not order from website, had to wait for return call to order. Filters arrived, installed OK, could not get the unit to reset. Tech support didn't return my SECOND call until the next day.

FedEx damaged my softener and Discount shipped me a replacement the next day. Great customer service. Great people.

Way too expensive for orings that should never have leaked while the valve is still under warranty. And then they charged double to ship them to me.
