My order was placed at the start of November. I have therefore waited over 7 weeks for delivery and then you don’t confirm the delivery day so I no one is home to accept delivery. I’m therefore still waiting for this to be rearranged.

The service was excellent, on time, courteous and helpful driver. However, the use of a large pallet to transport a parcel that I, a 77 year old guy, could carry with one hand is ridiculous. Now I have to get someone to take it away or break it down to get it in the green bin. Not smart, not environmentally acceptable

Lovely customer service team, I had a few questions which they answered with no hesitation. The delivery was fast with no issues. The fan was a bit tricky to install by our electrician but it does look fantastic! I love the light, which we use not only for cooking but gives the kitchen/dining room a nice glow. The fan works well, I as a little apprehensive regarding cooking smells lingering, but it’s not the case.

Quite simply awful. List stock you don’t have, don’t communicate, give delivery dates that don’t exist and tracking that isn’t working.

Ordering was easy and delivery was efficient, driver called before delivery to check I was home. Would definitely order from this site again.

the positives: a) They offer an array of good stuff b) Friendly staff c) Reasonably competitive prices d) Good communication- kept informed via email where they could do better: a) the order I placed was showing in stock for a next day delivery. I then received an email saying they had to order in from Italy where they are manufactured., it was to take a week. Luckily the installation job was delayed so the week did not become an issue. Part of the problem in ordering on line is very often you find stuff out of stock. Companies need to be on top of this, I have just had a really bad experience with another equipment supplier whom I am going to have to sue to get my £500 back for something they never had in stock in the first instance and do not want to refund the money.
