Product advertised as being 2 day express pallet delivery turned out to be not even in the country let alone in stock and took 6 week to be delivered. The extractor we bought was described as paintable to match ceiling colour and is in fact just a stainless steel extractor , no special primed or paintable surface treatment.

We were kept informed at every stage and the delivery driver was polite and friendly

when you buy the product it does not state that there is damage and when you try to tell them this they blame it on the transporting company Very disappointed

First delivery was not delivered. Contacted at 4pm that day to ask what time it was arriving and told it would be another week. Fridge delivered, damaged door, contacted them and not replied to.

I bought an Inbuilt micro wave from them on the 18th of April, until today I have not received my order. No tracking and customer service was very poor, guys avoid this company. You will just waste your time and get scammed.
