Excellent customer support. I was worried it’s a fake company looking at the invoice, there was no tracking number on the invoice. I called customer support a few times and they were excellent, reassured me. Very happy with the service. A recommendation as a customer would be to have better invoice and better email confirmation of the order Asti initially did not appear genuine.

I purchased a washing machine from Devine Distribution. From the moment i contacted them, they kept me informed throughout and machine arrived swiftly and way before i expected which was fantastic. It was a great price also. To add the delivery service was also fantastic! Would certainly purchase from them again.

Didn’t ship it till I called them after a week to chase, was told everyone was on holiday! Once shipped everything worked great and courier unpacked and took packaging away.

Ordered on a 4 -6 week lead time which finally delivered in 12 weeks!! lost of extra costs incurred because if this. lots of false promises and although i wrote to director recoded delivery never got a response. only positive was the poor Millie who had to deal with all my calls very professionally where the director John Aldhouse never got in touch or acknowledge my complaint.

I ordered a filter for my fan but it arrived damaged, I spoke to customer service, very friendly lady couldn’t do enough for me. My new filter arrived the following day. Receiving damaged or faulty goods is disappointing and inconvenient however, when the situation is dealt with in an a friendly, efficient manor it’s a credit to the company.
