So far so good! I purchased because a local body shop I use has been using their machines for many years without issue. I appreciate the extensive amount of videos available from setup to use to troubleshooting. I had called them several years ago to discuss what my needs were and which machine to look at and had a great experience. I finally pulled the trigger on order and while I had a very small issue with a missing piece on delivery, it was immediately rectified. I have a home hobby shop and this is the last piece of equipment I needed to never take my vehicles anywhere else for service. Thanks for the great pre-sales and post sales support!
