Guys, I did a lot of research (keep in mind research on the internet can be more opinions than historical data). #1 built in the USA / Texas. #2 good reviews. #3 your website was convincing. Price, lots of cheaper ones out there. However, I ordered yours. Got it off the truck, immediately removed the well done crate. Assembled it easily. Did have to change the air fitting to one I had, no big deal. Hooked up my compressor,150 PSI. and pressed the valve. No go. Directions State due to shipping and possible air introduction hold down the down pedal and open valve for 20-30 secs. I did that multiple times and the lift would not go up. Emailed your site on a Friday. Received an email from Eric Gonzalez the following Monday with instructions. Followed the instructions and luckily that fixed it. The lift works great now. However, for $1,000 that was not expected. Eric explained this happens at times. He was great and I really appreciate his help but it’s obvious the company knew about this issue. I think it needs to be addressed proactively, not reactively. Thank you. George.
