So far so good! I purchased because a local body shop I use has been using their machines for many years without issue. I appreciate the extensive amount of videos available from setup to use to troubleshooting. I had called them several years ago to discuss what my needs were and which machine to look at and had a great experience. I finally pulled the trigger on order and while I had a very small issue with a missing piece on delivery, it was immediately rectified. Rotisserie works great. It had one bad cylinder, a manufacturing defect, upon which I called and had a new one several day’s later. Service is great and rotisserie I would highly recommend to anyone.
