Arrived unexpectedly fast in perfect condition. Had a backorder issue and needed to call customer service. My call was answered right away and issue resolved quickly. Many thanks to the customer service team who were responsive and polite.

Easy to assemble. I have a van and units aren’t really custom made. Pick up trucks have pieces to fill side spaces. There are some side pieces made of cardboard like material that warped in first couple days.

This is the best thing for your box you can buy. You can shove whatever you want in there and it’ll still look clean and tidy from the outside. This fits in my box so well and is so nice and durable. This product is so durable even the box it comes in can stand the test of time(been outside about 2 years and standing) All around a great product from a company that knows what they are doing.

I haven't had the need to utilize customer service but I can speak to the ease and quality of the Decked website. This whole process was easier than I imagined!
