Everything was good except for that Hop Up kit. That was really just a waste of money. Otherwise, the experience was good, the system was easy to install, and everything works I didn't need to engage support or anything like that. So overall good.

I bought the drawer system for my truck several years ago. It is well designed and was easy to assemble, and a total game changer for my need to have tools and equipment secured and on hand. The guide and video do a great job of helping you install it, and avoiding what would be easy to make mistakes. What really takes the cake though, is the service and response you get when you have issues or questions. "Above and beyond" is the best way I can describe it. When something came up, the Decked team was easy to reach, extremely responsive and absolutely amazing in resolving the issue.
