Shipping was hell of alot faster than I thought. Received decked system within few days. Hugh box on pallet. Boxed and stored really well. 5 stars on packing and shipping.

Tech service did great. The shipping was a little hard to follow because I wasn't sure when we were going to receive it. There's no tracking information and no way to know when the package is going to get there. I did finally get a call from the company that was bringing it out to verify what day I need to be there to Bill dropped off. It took about 2 weeks to get to me

So far so good! I've had my drawer system for a couple months now. My only thoughts for improvement would be for the drawer to be a bit taller. I have the single drawer system so it's wide enough but a little more height would be good.
