I ordered direct from the factory, which was fast and easy. The shipping company left it in the driveway, they had scheduled delivery for the afternoon but delivered it late morning before I made it home. Overall very satisfied.

Would have gotten a 5, but there was a missing part in original shipment. They quickly made it right, which bumped it up from what may have been a 1 or 2. Everyone makes mistakes, they were very gracious and took care of it immediately.

Had a problem putting the drawers together and I called . A young lady answered the phone and directed me in placement of the tension bar. She was so patient and kind to me. That goes a long way.

Tutorials (instructions and videos) made it very easy to install. Very well made, and our only miss was the gasket which we don’t worry about since we have a bedcover.
