Shipping was a little stressful to get in contact with but it showed up at the property without issue. They come on large box semis, so could be difficult for some locations.

It was exactly as advertised and shipped in a timely manner. All the parts were there and ordering was easy. The box was attached to the pallet that ended up in my driveway. Would advise to revisit the securing methods to ship.

This has been easy and satisfying. I am quite happy with the system and am sure it will be a long loved item in my truck.

Started off rough from the get go. Tool box showed up without install kit and instructions. Customer service to get missing pieces was good but had to go about a week without having a box due to holiday. I had already taken existing one out to install new box but didn’t have the parts inside. Boxes aren’t really worth the extra money, especially when they don’t fit in the toolbox. Toolbox is good looking easy to install and seems functional so far though.
