Bit long delivery time (stated upfront), but superb product.

Very satisfied with the shipping. After about 2-3 weeks of waiting (as expected, Steelcase also says this on their website) I was able to choose the date of delivery and I was able to track the exact hour + minute they were going to be at my door. The two people who delivered it were very kind and offered to place it wherever I wanted it.

The lumbar support is too weak. The back of the chair should give better support, and the mesh is easy to be bent even with one hand. Plastic plastic plastic plastic, almost no metal parts. 6 weeks for delivery instead of 3.

Produkt an sich ist gut, aber die Lieferung war verspätet und Kommunikation verbesserungswürdig (ursprünglich genannter Liefertermin vergangen ohne Information zu Status oder neuem Termin, telefonisch nur auf E-Mail Support verwiesen worden). Der Stuhl wurde noch dazu nicht bis zur Tür geliefert, sondern nur ins Erdgeschoss.

Im Onlineshop mit Giropay schnell und unkompliziert Bürostuhl bestellt. Produkt wie beschrieben im genannten Zeitlichen Rahmen durch Spedition geliefert. Der Liefertermin/Zustellzeitraum wurde telefonisch am Vortag abgeklärt. Gute Videoanleitung für Zusammenbau. Bürostuhl überzeugt und war vernünftig verpackt.

Shipping and delivery can be better. Status updates on the website are not clear, as there is no proper communication with the delivery partners. The only way now is to receive a mail communication from the delivery partner, which is not ideal.

Der Online Shop hat ausreichend Informationen zu den Stühlen. Sehr gut finde ich die AI Option mit der man den Stuhl in seiner Wohnung projizieren kann. Dies ermöglicht die Größe des Artikels gut einzuschätzen. Was ich sehr unbefriedigend finde, ist, dass es keinen Shop gibt, der die Stühle zum Testen vor Ort hat. Ich habe alle Büroausstatter in München angerufen, leider hatte keiner die gewünschten Modelle vorrätig. Man wollte mich zurückrufen, was nicht passiert ist. Hat nichts direkt mit Steelcase zu tun aber mit den Vertriebspartnern. Auch habe ich es telefonisch beim Showroom von Steelcase in München versucht, aber telefonisch ist da so gut wie nie einer erreichbar. Ich musste den Stuhl dann ohne Testen bestellen, habe mich ausschließlich auf Youtube Review Videos verlassen. Bin am Ende mit dem Stuhl aber sehr zufrieden.

A very good chair (Steelcase Gesture). Keep in mind, when you first get it the chair might sit weird or not comfortable. But that fades within a week. Your body needs to adjust to the new sitting posture which is better for your body. Only down side is, when it is really warm and humid the chair might feel a tad to warm on the skin. But even that can be fixed with some AC or just a relaxing sit in the garden. All in all a very good chair and very good customer service.

Hinsetzen und sich wohlfühlen! Nach der persönlichen Enstellung stellt sich die körperliche Entspanng ein. Rückenprobleme treten nicht mehr auf!

Es wird zwar darauf hingewiesen, dass die Lieferung bis zu 14 Tage dauern kann, aber das geht mit Sicherheit auch etwas schneller, ansonsten gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Der Bürostuhl ist auch ein Traum

Great chair, easy to assemble. Worth the wait. Not a lot of communication after order was placed, however as stated, after 2-3 weeks I was informed that the delivery will take place and I should select a time that will work for me.

Steelcase has delivered perfect customer service! I ordered my Leap chair and because my body was not yet adjusted to the Leap chair within the 14 days of cancellation/return right, I started the return process. After the return request was submitted, I had to wait for the Leap chair to be picked up. In the meantime, I ordered a new Steelcase chair; the Gesture. However, during the waiting time, my body adjusted to the Leap chair and I asked them If I could please cancel my return request and also please cancel my newly placed order for the Gesture chair. As it turned out my body needed additional time to adjust to the Leap chair. I now absolutely love the Leap chair which is very comfortable for working 40+ hours a week from home and also for gaming in my spare time. Steelcase canceled my return request and reimbursed the amount for the Gesture chair. Their customer service is very friendly and response and will sent you most of the time an answer on the same day or latest on the next day. Thank you for this great customer experience and also for making such a great Leap chair!
