The carrier could never managed to deliver my product in the Netherlands. So I requested a refund and got the money back in two days.

----- Update ----- I have now received the chair and all is well. There was a bit of a communication issue with the shipping partner but in the end it worked out perfectly. The delivery driver was very friendly and pro active in his communication, he was in contact with me 2 hours before arrival and arrived exactly when he said he would. I have now assembled the chair and its everything I expected the chair to be. So if you order something and you are from the Netherlands, expect to have a bit of patience with the delivery process, or make it easy on yourself and find somebody who knows a bit of French. ------ old review ------ I'm sure the chairs are great, all the great reviews they are getting are clear enough. Its just to bad that i can't experience it because the shipping partner Steelcase uses is absolutely horrible. The shipping partner is Vir by Jr and they ignore emails. The telephone line is a tape that is only in french. And the phonenumber they provide in the communication they send to schedule a delivery apointment is no longer in service. If the chair is as good as the company's ability to pick a reliabe partner i am very worried about my investment. I will give it another week before i will just cancel the order all together.

I absolutely love the chair, it’s just as comfortable as it is pretty! I highly recommend it for a home office.

Actually, my review is 0. I haven’t received the chair I ordered on July 12th! It's been more than a month! The customer service is terrible, and the order status lacks updates. This is very, very, very disappointing. I don’t understand why I received a request to submit my review—how did you even dare to send me a reminder to fill it in?

Gesture is overall a good chair, but I couldn't use it comfortably due to the height issue. The lowest seat height is written as 415 mm in the specs, however it doesn't go lower than 480 mm. I'd expect it to be adjustable according to the specs. Except that issue I was happy with the chair. Thanks to the customer service for their reaction for the resolution of the problem.

Das Produkt an sich würde mehr Sterne verdienen. Leider gab es aber keinerlei Kommunikation mehr nach der Bestellung (und Zahlung) seitens Steelcase. Kleine kurze Statusmeldungen wie z. B. Zahlung erhalten, Stuhl geht in die Produktion, Auslieferung erfolgt (via SpeditionX) etc. So habe ich nur durch den Anruf der Spedition erfahren das der Stuhl nun kommt. Ein bisschen wenig nach meiner Meinung

Alles super. Nach der Bestellung gab es erstmal Stille, aber ich wurde dann innerhalb von 2 Wochen angerufen um den Liefertermin zu vereinbaren und der Stuhl wurde komplett montiert bis in meine Wohnung geliefert. Bin sehr zufrieden, es war den Preis wert.

I received the chair as expected, in 3 weeks. Delivery was good and the chair is amazing. The quality of great, the chair is comfy and seems like will last for a long time. The only downside is the chair I got (Karman) is so light that the included wheels don't roll well when the chair is empty. But that is a 30 euro fix.
