Die Lieferzeit von zwei Wochen ist bei der hohen Qualität auf jeden Fall gerechtfertigt. Eine kleine Serviceverbesserung wären mehr Informationen zum Lieferstatus.

Lieferzeit wurde weit überschritten und auf der Homepage falsch angegeben. Es dauerte drei mal so lange. Angeblich kann man das nicht besser darstellen. Bei einem 1100€ Stuhl ist dafür ein Entgegenkommen von 50 Euro lächerlich.

Zuerst wurde eine lange Lieferverzögerung angekündigt, auf Nachfrage ging es dann doch schneller. Hohe Qualität in der Verarbeitung, Armlehnen sehr gut einstellbar. Das einzige, dass für mich sehr negativ ist: Es gibt keine stufenlose Einstellung der Neigung der Rückenlehne. Die erste Stellung ist zu steil, die 2. für mich schon zu weit nach hinten gelehnt. Daher nur 4 Sterne.

Die Lieferung hat fast 6 statt 4 Wochen gebraucht. Der Support hat aber zügig geantwortet und gemeint, dass die die Zeiten wegen Weihnachten abweichen können.

I like my chair and i would have given it a 5 star review and i appreciate that they fixed the situation but i don't think the experience below is to be fully forgotten either, so i'm leaving it at a 4. Initial review: The chair was broken on arrival. The packaging is horrendous. One leg of the chair was outside the box and another one was broken inside and the chair i received is ultimately unuseable. To add insult to injury, the delivery happened unexpectedly after 4 weeks of radio silence from steelcase. I contacted the customer support a couple of times and received no information whatsoever, and i was called by the transport company the morning it was going to be delivered. This is unacceptable and there is no way to quickly contact steelcase to solve the issue. There is no phone number on their local website and i have to rely on email communication and they do take their time with sending replies.
