Terrible shipping times
Your shipping times are so slow, even by covid standards. At this point I'll wouldnt be surprised if my package never shows up. The shipping insurance company Route is usless and a waste of money.

Been waiting over a week for one of my orders. Was told it shipped from another warehouse to your main facility. Seems odd it would ship from one warehouse to another instead of just shipping to my home.

Site says items ship same day. They do not. It has been 7 days (5 business days) since I ordered and half of my order has not shipped yet.

Excellent Customer Service
I bought a mystery box and everything in it was perfect except one piece. It was a beautiful large spoon pipe but the hole in the bowl was too small to pull air through, so I emailed Dankstop and they sent me another piece immediately. The Mystery Box is an excellent deal and I would have been happy without that pipe, but on top of that I was treated with excellent customer service. Thank You!!
