So I made an order almost two weeks go, they never sent out one of my items. I had to reach out to them several times before finally I was told that a product I ordered was sold out. That's it. They sent another color after my request, but they couldn't be the ones to reach out to me? Then all I get is an apology. No points for the inconvenience, nothing. They definitely need to work on their customer service.

Was asked what I didn't like and that happened to be what they sent me i hate bubblers of any kind and that what i got also was charged 2 times not cool

Due to non-response from Dankstop customer service after a week of attempts, I'm going to have to leave a poor review. I purchased a terp pen and I absolutely loved it while it lasted. However, within a month it started to heat up on its own and started to smoke. Due to the fairly new product having issues already and the potential safety issues, I contacted support and received the generic "Sorry to hear about that. Please tell me more and send pics if possible" email. I've since sent multiple emails and a picture and they will no longer respond. So, I absolutely would not recommend Dankstop to anyone. Maybe you'll get a product you like and it will last a decent amount of time. Maybe you'll buy a product and it will be defective within a month and you'll receive no support from Dankstop.

Was asked to send back a rig that I got as a replacement for a broken one I received . When I got the replacement I didn’t notice because it was a gift that it was a smaller size , the person it was for has used it but let me know it wasn’t the size we ordered before. The replacement was specifically smaller and the black was out of stock so I settled with blue . I have had help from you guys before just wondering if there is any other option

I havent had a chance to use the downstem yet because the wrong length was sent. Once I get the replacement piece I will update the review. Packaging was good and it arrived quickly.

The stuff was cool but I got two of the exact same thing and was told that you don’t know what’s in them. Which I find hard to believe. That’s bad marketing. The 420goodybox had cheap glass but I order double boxes and never got the same box.
