Will change once my iten arrives
Havent gotten my item yet, but i understand cause of covid there are lots of delays, however when I emailed ur customer service it said someone would contact me in 24hrs and it took 4 days+. Ill change it me opinion once i get my item.

Slow order processing makes you not want to use the service at all
Quick service in terms of customer support, but it has been 3 days and my order still hasn't even shipped yet. They gave me a refund for my overnight shipping because of this, but it is a bit annoying to be told your order will ship within a day and then it still isn't on its way to you after 3 days. Probably won't order online for smoke stuff anymore because they all seem to be bad at processing orders, its sad.

I am still waiting for my order. Supposed to be here over a week ago. Still waiting to hear back from customer service to respond. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Definitely not going to order anything from them EVER again

It’s been 7 days and I still haven’t gotten my bong
I have sent them multiple emails and they have yet to respond. They only made the label and didn’t send out anything. It’s been 7 days since the post office has just a label. The website also says that my package has arrived at my house but it has not.

Might have come defective
I’ve seen videos of folks using the high rise gravity bong and having great success, however I have had problems getting the chamber to effectively pull smoke and water to the top. Fairly certain the one I ordered is defective but not positive

Your website was smack on. NICE. shipping and Serv??? Ordered 12/16 says it shipped 12/28 Huge long tracking number for USPS. When put into their tracking system can't find it.

Mostly Out of Stock, Poor Customer Service, Never Ships
I placed an order for a downstem in mid december. By the end of the month it still was not shipped. I contacted customer service, but they were unhelpful and obtuse. The selection on this website is terrible: very little is actually available to order. I will not order from this website again.

Bad experience
First your price is higher than competition for the same product. Good thing is I was refunded. I paid for 2 day shipping as I needed this asap for friends bday. But they send it on usps parcel select and now only coming next week after birthday. The worst thing is I never even got respond when I asked about the shipping. Never ever coming back and advice to buy somewhere else like everyone does it.

I ordered a vape on dec 14 expecting it to arrive before Christmas and the website said it would arrive on December 22 but order was delayed till the 28th. Amazon got all my packages on time with no special shipping.
