I paid for 2 day delivery ( PLEASE NOTE the shipping fee was REFUNDED, which I appreciate)., the package did not arrive. according to the USPS the package NEVER left NJ (it has been 5 days). Now i have to file a claim with the package insurance thing. I am VERY disappointed ! There should be other shipping methods available other than the corrupt USPS, I would normally give 2 stars, BUT since the shipping fee was refunded i gave 3 stars. The site is VERY easy to use. ALL my issues stem from the shipping methodd. I have no assessment of the products i paid for as i have not received them.

I pulled the trigger on the box I got and it was definitely worth it. It took a little longer than mentioned on website but got my package today and I’m very very happy with it. thanks guys I’ll be returning soon.

Ordered jan 4th, still haven't gotten my items. I click on the tracking number I was given in the shipped email and it says it hasn't been delivered to a USPS store yet. 100% understand things can take longer with everything but it's getting to be to long. I emailed customer support a few days ago and have yet to hear back...

More stars if possible. I ordered a diamond glass bubbler but it had an imperfection in the wielding so it wasn’t air tight so a sent a pic telling them. Which they replied pretty quick which was awesome asked for a video to pro see if I broke it or something or if it’s a legit imperfection which I did and they replied quickly once again and send me another one free of charge. Awesome Team they have over there!!

Take a while for the package to get to me I waited two weeks

Had some issues with your bowl peices falling apart for the shortneck ufo bong.... The handles to the pull out bowl peices keep falling off...gone thru about 4 of them.

The WORST company I have ever ordered from!!! They never shipped my order and gave me the run around for over a month to get my purchase refunded to me. The customer service was awful! They have phone number that goes directly to a voice-mail when you call and take days to respond back to email only to give you information that has nothing to do the information you requested. If you shop her I hope your experience is better than mine bc I will never even click on this site again.
