I loved everything!

My order hasn’t shipped in a week

Haven’t gotten my package in three weeks and it’s kinda bs

I had ordered the mystery box disappointed with the pipe. And I waited over a week to receive one of my packages and still waiting to receive others.

I ordered my bong 6 or so weeks ago and still haven’t gotten any updates since then. It’s apparently still in transit

I had a small problem with my original order, but it was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. It's a pleasure to do business with this company.

Waited two weeks and no shipping number. Had to talk to live support three times to find out it hadn’t even been shipped but my order was “fulfilled” by the warehouse it was meant to ship out of. Asked if I should just ask for a refund in the hopes they would just send the thing I ordered but I guess y’all didn’t want my money cause y’all just refunded it without trying to ask if I still wanted the product. Pretty lame cause it was a gift. Won’t be shopping here any time soon

The only thing greater than the Plenty is the service and selection you receive at Dankstop. Its like when I shop at Dankstop the Thanks Never Stop 👍

Ordering process was fast and easy, I am still waiting for the representative I was talking to via email to get back to me. That being said I haven't received a shipping confirmation either. With covid and everything else.... I completely understand if they are busy or short on manpower. Times are tough for everyone right now. We're currently rebuilding after two hurricanes one was a cat 4.

Ordered my things a week or so ago and they haven't moved a inch in my direction. Not impressed or happy that I wasted money on a 3 day mail order just to be ignored.

They sold out of a banger, and they immediately went to send me a email to fix the problem and I was given options, choose one and now they’re ghosting me

You messed up my order by sending it to the wrong address in a whole different state. Other then that it was decent, need more of the $50 and below rigs in stock though.

Customer support stops responding after 1 message each time I reach out. I was sent the incorrect item. I was told the correct items would not ship until I returned the incorrect items. I contacted support again, with no response. I havent received the return label yet either. None of the items I ordered arrived/arrived correctly, even after paying for upgraded shipping.

Loved it. Such a good assortment. Basically everything you need to start smoking. I highly recommend it for a beginner as their first purchase
