I have become very picky about hair products and how they make my hair feel after bleaching my hair while I complete my grey hair transition. DAE feels amazing and is reasonably priced. Their purple shampoo offers the perfect purple that makes my grey bright and the bleached transition pieces not brassy at all! So far I’m happy and will purchase again. Plus online from them rather than buying in Sephora I received free samples and it comes straight to me without having to take a trip. And first purchase I received a discount!

Placed my order and it never arrived. It got stuck in shipping. Referred me to Route since I had the shipping insurance. What I ordered is out of stock now so they were going to refund me using Venmo. Gave them all of my information and never received my refund. Route told me I now have to go through Venmo and they are impossible to contact so I can get help. DAE can see that my package is stuck in a different state but would not just refund my credit card. I’m out 70. 00.

Never received

Absolutely terrible. I have emailed 4 times in 2 weeks for a return. I have not received any response to my emails . This must be a joke that I’m receiving a rate your experience before receiving any response to my emails. I will never buy from this company again.

Smells so good and leaves my hair incredibly moisturized! The leave-in is amazing — super lightweight, adds shine, and protects from heat. Totally obsessed.

Ordered September 10. It is October 3 and I still haven't received my products.

I would give ZERO stars if allowed!!! Horrible company!! I never received my order I placed and I reached out 3 times with no response from you guys. You sure didn't have a problem taking my money but clearly have a problem responding to customers you scam!! I wouldn't never recommend so buyers please beware!!

No one got back to me with my customer service question. An item was missing from my package and I submitted a question and haven’t heard anything in over a week. I love dae products and was disappointed by this service.

Great, wish i had the larger size.

The initial scent is nice and fresh but practically immediately after it sits on the hair the smell transforms into something much stronger and not pleasant. Almost like burnt sugar. And that scent has lingered for more than 24 hours. It seems I will have to wash hair to get rid of this smell. I will not be using it again.

I asked to have my order cancelled that went through from a subscription, they never got back to me and a few days later I got an order shipped email. but I’m disappointed I didn’t get a reminder that my subscription was gonna send something, needless to say I think I’m done with Dae
