Never received the product and never got a reply from Customer Service just AI and keep getting asked to write reviews

The product smells amazing and that’s why I bought it but after using it twice, I found that I must be allergic to it because my head itches something terrible. And it’s never done that before with any other product. I don’t know what to do. Can I send it back and get a refund or something?

I love the Prickly pear oil. My hair was so shiny and soft after putting only a couple drops in my hand and blending it through my just washed hair. I’ll buy this again.
