Never received the products that I ordered. Reached out and no one got back to me. Says delivered but I never got anything. The order was a gift for my friends

I'm sorry to leave such a bad review, but I ordered the product on Dec. 1 and never received it until until Dec. 22. I reached out to customer service 2 times by email and once through FB messenger and received no response. It was not a great shipping experience and I also can't say that I love the shampoo. I've only used it twice since I received it.
