I absolutely love Dae Hair! The clean formulations feel so thoughtfully made, and I really appreciate that the scents are subtle, beautiful, and not overpowering. Everything feels fresh, elevated, and easy to use. I’m also so happy that they deliver to Alaska, which makes such a difference. It can be hard to find brands that ship here, so I really appreciate being able to order Dae products and have them arrive without any issue. Such a lovely brand and experience overall!

I submitted mine order cancellation email within 15min after my order. However I didn’t get a response till a week later telling me my order can’t be canceled because it has been shipped? And the package was mis delivered with the parcel, so I can’t even find the package. I don’t get it why this whole process is so confusing.
