I live in Wa state and I thought my order would take awhile but it got to my house so fast

After trying the Dae shampoo, I can’t go back! It makes my normally dull and frizzy hair shiny and hydrated

Never got my product! Twice! Even submitted insurance for it, so I gave up and there’s no one to call so I lost out on my money and product

It’s been over a month since I placed my order and I still have not received it. I reached out to customer service multiple times. Their responses are vague and it takes multiple days each time before they get back to me. I’m about to dispute this charge and write bad reviews everywhere because this has taken up a ridiculous amount of my time to get my almost $100 order that I haven’t received

I ordered the body and hair fragrance spray. There is a funny smell to it. Almost like a body odor smell. It was a total waste of money. I will never wear it. I’m a little disappointed. I loved the other products I ordered. 👎

My hair feels nice and clean after using the shampoo and conditioner. The styling cream is wonderful. It is great when I blowout my hair. It helps smooth out my hair but adds body as well and it smells good too. 👍

Hi, I’m wondering if I could get a refund or if you could exchange me the bag you guys sent me has a Frey in it as soon as I took it out of the package! I can send a picture if necessary! I usually wouldn’t say anything, but the Frey is pretty big!

I’ve bought so many of the regular size and finally went to the jumbo to sae some money. But my favorite thing about it is that it is extremely acne safe but also smells lovely and makes my hair feel clean every time!

Shipping took forever. Customer service was fast and responsive but couldn't do much about shipping delay and lack of updates. The shampoo and conditioner are good, I purchased hoping for long lasting scent after my hair dried - that's not happening.

I was missing items and have yet to get an email or call back after 2 weeks of messaging and calling.

I have 2 of this product in the original scent, so I was super excited to try this one! Unfortunately, I purchased it about a month ago and despite reaching out twice to customer service over the past couple weeks, I haven’t gotten a response.
