My order was shipped using Sendle, a company I had never heard of prior to this purchase, and unfortunately the experience has been a nightmare. I placed my order early to ensure it would arrive in time for Hanukkah, but it never did. Only one delivery attempt was made, after which Sendle was unable to locate my package or provide any meaningful updates. Despite multiple inquiries, I received no clear answers or resolution. I wanted to share this feedback so you may consider using a different shipping company in the future, as this experience was extremely disappointing and stressful. I truly love your products, but after this experience I will only be purchasing in-store going forward, as I’m concerned this could happen again. Unfortunately, I also had to rush out and buy replacement gifts when my order never arrived, which added unnecessary stress and expense. The shipment is now being sent back to you, as it was never successfully delivered.
Have not received order despite reaching out to customer service multiple times
Ordered on November 28th. Still have not received it and shipping is not updated since the 16th.
I have still not received my ordered. Very disappointing.
DAE customer service is NON EXISTENT! my order hasn’t arrived and i ordered BEFORE thanksgiving! I have reached out via email, social media, and started a claim as I purchased shipping protection. I haven’t heard back at all! Money in the trash and they could care less. Will absolutely never shop here again nor support the brand through their retailer.

Happy with my purchase. Smell is fresh snd mesmerizing, fast shipping is a plus. All around great product.
I’d would give 0 if I could. Forced to purchase shipping protection and still haven’t received my order almost one month out. I’ve reached out for support with no response. After reading reviews it appears this is a wide spread issue.

I have tried multiple different leave in conditioners with heat protection and none of them have done as well as this. The smell is also an awesome bonus!
No one has responded to my emails regarding items from an order that never arrived. Really disappointed.
Never received my order
Have no issues with the product themselves or the website. Very disappointed in the shipping. Ordered products on 11/20 and received shipping confirmation on 11/21. Didn't receive product until 12/09. . . 18 Days after shipping notification. Had ordered items that were partially for a birthday gift that did not arrive in time. Even accounting for the holidays AND weather related delays the fact that this took nearly three weeks to get to me is absurd.
i still have not recovered my order, or response to my email. any help would be appreciated. thank you
I love all Dae products and I’m a fan of the brand. However, unfortunately, my order arrived missing one item
