Credo team, I love you!! I tell everyone about Credo and have been shopping with you for years. Unfortunately I now live in a location that doesn’t have a store nearby, and so I’m writing to request you open a store in GREENWICH, CT. It’s about 45 minutes north of NYC and lots of New Yorkers move here from the city. You would fit right in on Greenwich Avenue, alongside all the best shopping. Please please please consider!

Credo really is such a wonderful online shopping experience! My packages arrived on time! Each beauty product I purchased was separately and carefully wrapped and packed so nothing came damaged! I did need to return a few items. . . (I went a bit crazy when they had their sale!!) but the rerun process was just as easy and efficient! Packed up my boxes and sent them back with free returns! So simple and quick to receive my return funds back! Very professional and super easy to deal with! Will always be buying my beauty product needs from them! :)

The service was great and what I expect from Credo based on my experiences on the East Coast. However this was my first time bringing my sister to a store in SF and I was disappointed by the experience trying to treat her to new makeup. A product she wanted to restock on had the full shade range on display but the associate opened the stock drawer revealing only fair and medium shaded were stocked. I was disappointed to see this in the moment but my sister asked me not to point it out. The associate then said they had her shade available in store at another location which my sister told me was a more diverse part of town. Disappointed to say the least. I love Credo but a Sephora would have met our needs much better.

I was so excited to learn that I could bring my new rescue pup with me to restock at Credo! They even had treats for him behind the counter 🤍

I always have a great experience shopping at Credo Beauty! I really love the app, it’s convenient and easy to find things. The only thing I do have trouble finding are the free gifts for points-for some reason you can only access it from checkout and it’s so tiny you can’t even see the ingredients or what the product actually is (maybe it’s just my phone not sure) but other than that I love it!

Great products and service

I made a special visit to the Boston Newbury St store for “CLEAN” products for my aging face. Although the staff was great, it appears they did not actually know these products well enough to advise me. Two weeks after using them I find they are anything BUT hydrating and effective on over 60 skin. I spent a lot of money, time and effort on these products. The store should better train staff on nuances. I went in looking for CLEAN a products and I would have been happy to change my ideas from one brand to the other. I would go back to Credo but only if I could work with one person who knew how to advise for aging dry mature wrinkled sun damaged skin.

Recently, I went to both the Silver Lake and Larchmont stores. I did not find the associates welcoming and readily available to answer questions. I was in the store for a while and had to ask to try some bronzer on and ask for the brushes. When I was trying on, the associate just left and I had to walk to her to ask about which color looked better. I felt dismissed as a client. I also purchased eye cream and come to find out I purchased the sample and now have to go back to exchange it. I have yet to hear from the customer service desk that I emailed. Also, when I went to the Silver Lake store I felt put off by the associate who was helping me with my PACT recycle items. I felt he was judging me because I did not have all the bottles completely cleaned out. His attitude was also very dismissive. I love Credo and what they stand for. I just wish customer service was better.
