I love Credo's frequent and clever sales promotions! I love supporting clean indie brands!

I fell in love with credo 2 years ago and it is now my only place to get all beauty and self care products. The associates are always so kind and helpful, and the store is so easy to shop! Love credo!

Helpful and kind and knowledgeable about the products

Over the past few years, Credo Beauty, has become my go-to place for skin care, hair products and make up. I love that there are two stories in my area - NYC and Brooklyn! I'm more of a brick and morter person so I need to go in and look, feel and smell the products before buying. I am into wellness and really care about what I put in my body. Credo Beauty has some great products that have non-toxic ingredients. Very important to me. I don't love everything I buy there but I'd say a majority of the products are great.

The website is a bit finicky and not my favorite but everything arrived intact and pretty quickly.

I have shopped at both the Charles St. and Newberry St. stores and have always had positive experiences. Staff are very friendly and helpful, are knowledgeable about their products, and able to advise about best profucts for my particular skin type. It is always a pleasure to shop here and purchase a new beauty item!

Hi - I emailed a couple weeks ago about receiving my three ships product and it was open and exploded. I’ve never had an issue with credo and I love shopping your products but then I never heard back and o was bummed.

I needed a new lip look and Ollie was spot-on immediately with his recommendations of products & colors. He even provided helpful tips on how to line my lips for better results, and this has changed my lip game. Thank you!

I have been shopping at Credo since the first store opened in Soho. They got me into the clean beauty category and I will never leave. I used to love coming to the stores to learn about the latest products, get advice from the staff and try new products. My last visit at Credo was really disappointing, the sales staff barley offered to help and it felt like I was bothering by ask what the newest and favorite products were. For me the store represents a place of exploration, testing and trying new things and I left feeling like it has turned into a very sterile transactional environment.

Love Credo, but there were some updates to the mobile website a while back that are so awful. The “I need help with…” and the round chat button at the bottom right of the screen block access to a lot of the buttons, like when trying to implement filters. Also, when on a specific product’s page, the add to bag options (the one time and auto replenish) stay on the page when I’m trying to just read about the product, reviews, etc. and take up A THIRD of my phone screen. It’s so unnecessary- I am perfectly capable for scrolling back up if I want to add the item to my cart. Please make your mobile website user friendly again.

these products and this store are the most amazing store i have been to. to get products everybody is so nice, professional and they all want to help. with Credo you can get both quality and quantity.

I've been a credo customer for years - and absolutely love going in the store to look at new products, try them and purchase. But I find it so strange for a company to have an "customer benefits" program if it is never talked about, offered, etc. Each time I purchase at the counter I always wait for them to tell me how many points I have and to offer me to pick something to get with my points. It's never happened. I've always had to ask and it's so uncomfortable and awkward. Why have a perks program if its not encouraged? Also, I know each store has their own in-store gift sometimes, but again, it's never communicated or offered - and it's really intimidating and uncomfortable to ask.

I visit the Seattle store when I am visiting family to stock up on my favorites. The staff is always on top of the products and so kind. Love it.

Love that I discovered Credo in the Fulton Market store of Chicago. Now I shop all my favorite clean beauty brands online at Credo.
