This eyelash serum works extremely well! Better than anything else I’ve tried and doesn’t irritate my eyes.

This face lotion was on sale, and the low quality showed it was on sale. I really didn't want to write this review, but I got nowhere with Credo's customer service, I knew it was time to tell the world what I experienced with this product and the lack of service. I actually have purchased from Goop's site directly several times and the products have always been perfect! Saw that Credo had a sale soon this product and decided to buy from this site. This lotion arrived with two hole-like/foniger swoops in it, and when I contacted customer service, they "assured' me, it was fine and blamed it on a packaging nuance, and talked me out of returning it for a New one (I should have just returned it). Secondly, when the produce started to curdle /separate around 10 days of having it, I knew something was off, so I contacted customer service again, then again. Maybe (5) times in total. Same reply that the product is ok (feels a bit like gaslighting). I actually have never experienced customer service like this so, 1-star, and, Credo has lost a customer.

I was very pleased with my first experience shopping at Credo. Great selection, fast free shipping. I wish I lived close to a brick and mortar store but since I don't I am happy to shop online.

I stopped buying makeup and skincare anywhere else - I love that I can go in and I don't have to check online to see if a brand or something they carry is up to my beauty standards. It is such a joy to shop there for that reason - plus everyone in the store is super helpful, and the popups and makeup lessons are great. I love the fact that I can drop off my empties too. I am a customer for life.

The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and never pushy — they took the time to understand my skin concerns and pointed me toward a few products I never would have picked myself, all of which have become staples in my routine. The store itself is bright, well organized, and easy to browse, with helpful tags explaining why each brand is "clean. " It's clear they actually care about ingredient transparency rather than just using it as a marketing buzzword. I also appreciated being able to test products without feeling rushed. Will definitely be back — this is now my go-to for skincare and makeup in the neighborhood.

After years of shopping at that other store, I found Credo. Credo's stores and staff are kind and helpful. The stores are calm and easy to shop in. The big bonus is knowing that all of the products have been curated.
