I've been going to Credo SF on Fillmore since it opened. The team is awesome, always so eager to help and very knowledgeable on the products and not pushy. I love the Inner Glow Club, the cute tiny samples that help me be more adventurous in trying out new products (normally I'm hesitant because I have very sensitive skin). Want to say how much I appreciate this brand and the team that makes up the brand!

Hello, Within minutes of checking the email confirming my order I saw that it contained the wrong color of the item I had ordered. I immediately wrote customer service, since the order had not yet been processed. I received no response from customer service and the wrong color.
