I had no idea that Credo carried the majority of brands that they do. Pleasantly surprised with their friends and family sale and the assortment offered. I love the BEST SELLER tab and added a few new items to my cart that surpassed my expectations. Will definitely be purchasing from them again. Shipping was quick and everything was individually wrapped and packaged nicely - great touch!

The experience using the Credo website was uncomplicated. I was able to easily find the products looking for, along with additional informational and reviews. The ordering process from beginning to end was clear and simple.

I love shopping at Credo, since I can find my favorite brands in Clean Beauty in one place. Sometimes, though, one or two products from a brand that I use are not offered and that bums me out. But overall, I love the selection.

The items I ordered were not the best. I ordered the mob beauty quad in twilight tones smoke and shimmer, Rituelle de Fille eye soot in Serpent de Mer, and the Soshe beauty, Waterproof Precision Eyeliner - Memories of Blue (Navy). I also ordered Mob Beauty cream eyeshadow in champagne shimmer which I kept. The other three items were not good. It was hard to actually get a lot of coverage with the mob beauty quad and there was a lot of fallout. The Rituelle de Fille was a very muddy dark brown not at all what was pictured on the website. The Soshe beauty eyeliner was very diffiuclt to apply, I had to make several passes to get color to show up. On top of this it took a very long time to get my order. I understand it was a sale and that things would take longer than expected but i didnt expect longer than a week and a half. I was quite disappointed this time around. I've been a customer of Credo for quite some time now.

I went I to credo for refills of my MOB makeup. These are products that I adore and recommend to my friends. It’s frustrating to have a sales clerk get my items for me and eventually try to upsell me as I am already purchasing multiple items. Then, on my way to the checkout (I have a basket of 5 items already) another sales clerk approaches me and brings me to the other end of the store to put product on my hand and try to sell me new things. In this one shopping experience where I came for refills, I had to turn down three separate attempts to upsell. When I enter credo I know this is going to happen. Instead being able to peacefully grab my refills and explore a few new products on my own, I spend most of my energy politely turning down multiple sales reps. I even opted to just not get one of the refills (iris and Romeo reset spray, slay) because at that point I was so tired of being upsold. In other words, I did not purchase a product because I would have had to interact with a fourth sales rep. I LOOVE the products but have never had a pleasant time shopping at credo. I hate to say this because it’s a great store but I constant feel like I’m constantly having to be upsold which makes for an anxious shopping experience.

My shipment arrived damaged. I contacted Customer Sevice and they asked for pictures of the damage. I immediately provided the pictures and now it has been over two weeks since I have heard anything. I have reached out multiple times asking for help or a resolution and no one has responded. I will never order from this company again. Sephora has much better Customer Service.

I love all the clean makeup options. My favorite are the mascaras!!

Customer service is on point. Something was missing from my recent order and they fulfilled it, quickly, no questions asked and were so polite and apologetic. Things happen, no biggie, but the agents attitude made the inconvenience no problem.
