This cream blush goes on easily, doesn’t get splotchy and stays put. The container is also top notch with a nice feel and magnetic top. I bought two colors.

I like the products but the website is awful to use. It doesn’t zoom or magnify correctly to scale, it’s hard to find information, buttons are unlabeled and unusable with a screen reader. I cannot browse on the site- I browse other places and sometimes purchase here. I would spend more money if I could use the website easily.

I live in MA and the first time I ordered, the order was cancelled because I was flagged as "fraudulent activity". However, I contacted customer support and got everything sorted out. I paid and eventually received my item. When I ordered a refill, the same thing happened again. My credit card information is valid and normal, and so is my mailing address. Both times the order cancellation was sent into the spam folder, so I did not realize for a while that my orders are cancelled.

I ordered the wrong shade of the tint. I believe I made the mistake. I kept it, just trying it out. Credo is cheaper than most. It was on sale when I bought it. Love the makeup for sensitive skin. I ordered it for a wedding. Since I am retired I usually don’t wear much makeup. I recommend this makeup.

Nicest team, clean store, clean beauty. There is nothing like a Credo sample bag. Often times the samples are full size! Love how they handout prebiotic soda to customers shopping around!

Beware of their reward points policy-been a customer for years and was unaware of this: In my case, I had to fight with customer service to get my redeemed points back after placing an order and being notified days later that an item was out of stock. Through these interactions, I was informed that if an item is out of stock or if you return products, the points you redeemed are lost forever-you don’t get those back. Imagine being penalized for placing an order on a product that their site showed in-stock and later being told they can’t fulfill your order. They eventually agreed to give me my points back “as a courtesy” as if they were doing me a favor. I don’t think I will ever buy from them again, unless it’s some emergency.

Credo has a great selection of products that are free from harmful chemical ingredients. I enjoy shopping here because I don’t have to worry that I am putting unsafe products on my skin…Credo has already done the work for me. The salespeople are knowledgeable and courteous and always help me make good choices.

I enjoyed shopping the sale, however, it takes about 10 days for my orders to arrive. Last time, I only ordered 1 product and it was still 10 days. That's really too slow.

Shopping at Credo is great! About 1 year ago I went to the Portland Store opening. The first (I don’t know how many) people in store received a gift bag with minis. Several of those minis became every day staples that I have repurchased several times and recommended to friends. The customer service is also tip top! I feel like recommendations are genuine and thoughtful. A recent in store visit has made me a big fan of two or three new products! Love Credo, love clean beauty!
