i haven't shopped at sephora since i discovered credo. i love what they stand for and i love that i can trust the quality of their brands that they share.
I was excited to try this product. The packaging is good and I like that the patches are biodegradable but the problem is- they don’t stay in place. No matter what you do, they slide down your cheeks. They need a new design, perhaps a lighter/ thinner patch or a thicker/ stickier consistency for the serum. The smell of the product is good and the skin feels fine afterwards, but it is messy and frustrating.

I love Credo. I wish one was closer to me however the closest is in Los Angeles. However, while in Seattle visiting my daughter, I went to a store which was close to her. Generally the staff are quick to greet and offer assistance. After I stood waiting for about 10 minutes and kept looking their way, my daughter went to ask if one of the two associates chatting with someone would be able to come help me. Once one finally came off they did answer my questions and helped me pick it a product. Hopefully they are more observant when others come in. I almost left. But so glad I got the product as I love it.
I've been shopping at Credo for almost 10 years and the quality of products, in-store shopping experience, and customer service is unmatched. I will be a Credo customer for life.
I always appreciate the sales people at credo. Typically, I go to the Fillmore shop which feels like a boutique makeup shop vs sephora. They make great suggestions so I always ask for help.
Big fan of credo after breaking up with Sephora. The curated product lines have already helped to improve my skin and simplify my morning routine.

Whenever I’m in NYC I love coming here - once a year from the UK ! Was recommended Marie Veronique and it’s wonderful thanks, I’ve now purchased more from the collection directly as they deliver to the UK - that would be my only criticism of Credo that you don’t deliver to the UK

Absolutely love Credo! It's great to be able to find a wide variety of clean makeup in one place. I can search all of my favorite brands with the latest products they offer. Also the rewards are the best I have found out there. It's great to be able to to try all kinds of new products with there Inner Glow rewards program. I have found quite a few new must haves for my routine. Always happy when I see the Credo box. I would love to visit one of their brick and morter stores as well. Hoping they open one near me!
As I was tracking my order, it arrived to the city I live in, but then got shipped back to where it came from. I had to reach out to customer service and they shipped another one that has not been delivered yet. Customer service did a great job at responding quickly, but it is frustrating to not have had my original package delivered or notified as to what was happening and why it got shipped back.
