Visited the Chicago Wicker Park store with my daughters today. Maria gave me the most amazing mini facial and turned me onto some new products that I took home with me. She was very informative and friendly and even made some recommendations to my tween daughters :) I loved the evening primrose tea that was served!

I adore the Credo located in Newbury street in Boston. I'm in every week or two to drop off empties for recycling, and it's always so lovely and calm in the store. The employees are so kind, they are always ready to leave me alone and let me play, or help me find exactly what I need in a flash. I feel spoiled and luxurious at Credo!!

I just want to warn people against giving this company your personal information. I made the mistake of placing one order with credo. Since then, I've received multiple spam emails from them every day. I have hit unsubscribe every single time but the spam continues. Spare yourselves the headache. If a company lacks integrity with your time and privacy, they probably also lack integrity with their products. What I purchased wasn't worth the daily headache of harassment.

I think this is my 3rd time repurchasing the Westman Atelier Vital Skin Foundation Stick. It's heavier coverage than the drops, so I don't use it as much for foundation, but will sometimes use as concealer. I love the stick form, it's easy to use and beautifully designed!

This eyeliner is what I’ve been looking for for years. I love the lavender- gray color with my blue eyes. It stays on until I’m ready to wash it off. Does not smudge applicator easy to use.

Overall I love your store. Clearly some women are better trained and more knowledgeable. I asked one girl to help color match me and she didn’t have a clue, didn’t try and was unhelpful. I finally had to ask someone else to help.

I shopped during black Friday and got a good offer on items I wanted to try. I love the selection of clean beauty products. My package was shipped promptly and I received it packaged securely. I can highly recommend credo and will order again in the future.

Not sure what causes extended loading but they are definitely days where the website has glitches (ex: can't access wishlist, search bar not working properly, product page not displaying how it should, etc. )

I initially had a small problem with delivery of my order. Madeline specifically, but the company as a whole handled my issue both professionally and personally. It is rewarding to have my concern dealt with thoughtfulness and concern. I could not be happier with how the matter was resolved. I love Credo products and I love the way they resolve problems, if there are any.

This was my first time at Credo, and I will definitely be returning. Not only did they have so many awesome products, but the customer service was awesome. They were very helpful and attentive (but not overbearing).

I had the best experience shopping for clean beauty products with my teen daughter for her friends birthday gifts. The salesperson was super helpful and even took the hint when I was trying to be sly and get extra for my unsuspecting daughter for Christmas. It's such a relief that I don't have to comb through all the ingredients to know they're safe for her to use.

This eyeliner is one of the best I've ever used and lasts so long! My eyes tend to puff with certain eyeliner and this is one I've never had any issues with!
