Absolutely love Credo! It's great to be able to find a wide variety of clean makeup in one place. I can search all of my favorite brands with the latest products they offer. Also the rewards are the best I have found out there. It's great to be able to to try all kinds of new products with there Inner Glow rewards program. I have found quite a few new must haves for my routine. Always happy when I see the Credo box. I would love to visit one of their brick and morter stores as well. Hoping they open one near me!

As I was tracking my order, it arrived to the city I live in, but then got shipped back to where it came from. I had to reach out to customer service and they shipped another one that has not been delivered yet. Customer service did a great job at responding quickly, but it is frustrating to not have had my original package delivered or notified as to what was happening and why it got shipped back.

I am very intentional with avoiding toxic skincare and I am so thankful that Credo vets companies and has such high standards. I have been shopping with Credo for years. Morgan as a pick up artist introduced me to make up and a pencil color I was convinced would not work but when I tried it was just gorgeous. She also introduced me to eyeliner that is unlike any I have experienced and fantastic. My eyes are shaped in such a way that as I blink eye liners usually smear below my lower lashes which looks awful. But Morgan introduced me to a very cool eyeliner that refills, glides on and stays!!! Besides this, she is mesmerizing to look at besides being caring and kind.

Didn’t catch the employee’s name but they were great! When an item was out of stock they suggested a great alternative.

I love shopping with Credo and I spend a lot of money. Part of why I like shopping at Credo is the recycling program and I’ve always been thanked when I bring in my products to recycle until my recent visit. Whoever helped me scolded me like I was a toddler for not following all of the procedures of recycling and I do not think gave me any points for the recycling I brought in. I tried to bring in 7 products and she only took 2 sending me away with everything else. I don’t understand how my experiences could be so different if I’m always thanked for doing my part and recycling versus getting scolded for not following procedures. The entire experience left me confused and only wanting to shop at Silverlake with Megan who usually helps me or shop online.
