The order arrived on time, in perfect condition and very accurately!

The employees were helpful and kind, didn't push products I didn't want, listened to what I did want and helped me find options, and gave me space to look around. Give them a raise!

Shipping took too long

I really appreciate the support I got from two staffers on 12/21/25 - there was a woman & a male esthetician (apologies I’m forgetting there names) - but my skin has improved so much since their recommendations for make up! I am very happy!

I emailed customer service already but I never received my packages that were ordered on 12/15/2025 (delivery date says 12/20/2025). I waited just in case neighbors might’ve grabbed it and to see if they would turn up after the holiday but I still haven’t received them (value over $200).

My mom looooves perfume so I thought this would be a fun and clean gift. I appreciate thats it's not the tiny spray bottles and you can get more opportunity to try these scents. My mom loves it and enjoys mixing them together and also with her other body care items.
