I’ve bought nearly all makeup from credo the last 5 years. My last package was stolen. I reached out and they quickly offered to refund or replace. I had them ship replacement.

The team at Credo on 23rd Ave in Portland are friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. It’s always a pleasure shopping here, especially with Gracie!

I've been struggling to find clean beauty for years. Doing research every single time I needed a product was too much, I never felt like I did enough or knew who to trust so I would just end up picking up whatever was convenient. Credo totally takes the guesswork out of that and makes me feel confident in my beauty products and routine. I have definitely spent more on beauty than I normally would've but I'd say it's worth it and all of the free products and rewards help make up for it!

I received my package on time, even earlier as expected. They are packed with care which reflects how they value their customers and that their products are high end quality but price reasonably . Super happy!

I believe that the actions of Credo beauty align with their mission statement, and so though the prices are more expensive, it is justified by the values of the company and it makes me, the customer, want to be a part of that mission.

I had a very enjoyable experience. Everything she recommended that I purchased was spot on with the exception of the RMS eye shadow tubes. I had to discard them because when you barely squeezed them they just kept oozing and made a huge mess.

Shipping is quite slow but they have really good products which is why I use this site.

I really love credo and happy to have found it. I had not known it was a store focused on natural beauty products until I walked in. I had previously gone to BlueMercury and the products were very harsh on my skin. My skin is a lot healthier, calmer, and breathable since using products carried at Credo. I have fallen in love with a skin care regimen with products they carry there and it is worth the price. I would highly recommend Credo if you are wanting to switch to more natural products that care about your health and the impact of the Earth.

The person who helped me in the store was amazing. Everyone is always friendly and they really know their products and the colors that suit you based on what you are looking for. This time I wanted a blush but my skin is unevenly red and blush was making it worse. The person helping me suggested bronzer instead and picked one out that was perfect. I’m so glad I have found this store. It’s so much better going in person and being helped by people who know what they are doing and trying things out than to try to guess what I want when shopping online.
