Everything was good, other than taking longer than normal to receive product.

I would give you more stars, because every other order I’ve made, before and SINCE this order, have arrived in a timely manner. I have asked about this one several times and am only getting vague answers. I need to know where it is, and to have someone get it moving towards me, as it appears to be stagnant

I'm still waiting onmt purchase that I placed in February

I’m still waiting for an order to be delivered from December 2024. You have my $80 but I do not have the 3 paper discovery kits. I’ve written to you repeatedly to be told the package was delivered. You have not responded to which carrier had it in the US nor whether the package was delivered. Thus, justifiably I feel cheated. I am still waiting for deliveries from my February 15th and 25th orders. You say the 15th was delivered today, March 15th. That is one month later. Still have to verify receipt as it is not outside my door. I do not feel I am receiving the VIP service that I have paid for.

Evri finaĺy said my order was lost. I have sent several messages asking craft stash to find out why it was sitiing for weeks in UK. It been almost 6 weeks since i placed the order. My last note was just a few days ago asking for replacement shipment or refund. Have heard nothing. Very upset.

Would love to give a great review, but as I've never received my order, I can't review it. I reached out to customer service who told me shipping was currently taking longer than normal, however I was charged on my credit card for this in January and still don't have. Quite disappointed.

I have bought mostly dies, some stamp sets, a few tools & cardstock. I am pleased with all. It just takes a while to ship to the USA.

I ordered 4 past card kits from CraftStash, and I love all of them. The materials are top quality and each kit was so well packaged that not even a box corner was bent. I have only had time to make cards from the Valentines kit, but each kit is unique and beautiful. I love CraftStash! Kathy Hayes

I never recieved my magazine

I ordered this January 26th and today is March 11th and I STILL haven't received it!!!

I placed an order at the end of January with your company. It never arrived. We are now in mid March. I sent numerous emails to your company asking where my package was. I received one response yesterday, March 10 saying that because of tariffs packages are being delayed. I would like a refund I asked for that numerous times in my emails but got nothing I will never order from your company again. I’ve ordered many times from your company over the years and never had a problem. I would think that if the tariffs are the problem then why aren’t you warning American customers at least refund my money

this is a great company to work with. if there is ever a problem with your order they work with you to get it resolved. they go above and beyond your usual response to issues, if any. they keep in touch and also send you updates if there are any delays etc. its good to work w a company you can depend on.

Product was as described and shipped pretty quickly. I didn't realize I was ordering from the UK to the US so it took longer, but no biggie to me.
