Craftstash did the best they could to get me the items ordered. They were my favorite online craft store and I will miss them.

Extremely slow shipping, missing orders etc etc
Orders, the ones that were received, were sent back while en route due to mislabelling, took an extremely long time to be received and I waited almost 5 months for credit on an order that Craft Stash cancelled due to tariffs. I realize that they faced challenges and were closing down but most of the problems occurred long before the closing announcement. And the Crafting magazine subscription was even worse. I was charged for 6 issues before even receiving my first issue. It saddens me because I truly liked their products even with the slow shipping.

I was so sad to hear that Craftstash is closing it's doors. I can however, tell you that my personal experience with Craftstash has been fantastic. If you ever decide to reopen please count me in to renew my VIP member shipment. Your staff is professional, courteous, friendly, and helpful. Your website was so easy to navigate and place my orders. I looked forward to your daily sales, new products, and your demonstrators whom I'd come to love as they would share their creativity and inspiration. As a frequent customer of Craftstash I felt extremely comfortable purchasing from your company even though I live in Houston, Texas USA. Loved ordering from Craft Stash
Loved ordering from Craft Stash as 5x7 scalloped card blanks/ envelopes were a superior product. I do not feel the straight edge blanks are same quality as wt is definitely less. As a card maker, itβs upsetting not to have a supplier of the scalloped blank cards as that was my signature.

I had to use PayPal
I had to use PayPal to receive the refund that I was sent an email saying I was going to get, but over a FULL month later - still no refund, still no rewards used placed back into my account, nor was the store credit. I've never seen a company in the entire world, who was such a great company take orders then decide - no we are not shipping those! And then tell all their customers from that country they're not shipping to - we're going to refund back to original payment, & restore any rewards or store ctedyrs you have & don't ever do it. . . Oh it's happened previously, but it took that company only 2 business days - not weeks & weeks & it still hasn't happened. That's pathetic, especially since I was nearly buying something every month along with my sister!! ππππππ Expected way better, even if they are closing their doors!!
