Used to be great, but now they're closing &and decided they can't send me last order, yet say that once I receive my refund for rewards, I'll be able to shop. . 🤷🏼‍:female_sign: makes no sense at all being the gift in the magazines are made in China. . Why not say the entire order are items that go with the magazines in the same order?? Still don't understand how tariffs on Chinese made dies & stamps affect a UK based company when the tariffs were made on China from the US, not the UK, unless of course - their government also decided to create higher tariffs for China too. . . .

I was missing items from order, they did refund. Shipping and processing took much longer than usual Still waiting to find out about last order thats just processing since April 4. 😦 Sadden company is closing, perhaps this explains why things are the way.

Since I order tons of craft items. I am not completely sure what I am reviewing and Craft stash doesn’t give you any idea of what it was. NOT VERY SMART OF CRAFT STASH. I tried to go through all my many different orders, it looks like this one was a magazine with the cutest set of party girl stamps I have ever seen. IF that is what I am reviewing, I LOVED it more than I can say. I wish that stamp company made more of those stamps. Shipping was wonderful. I remember it came in very good time. If craft stash doesn’t know by now that crafters order LOTS of things, and reminding them of what they ordered is a smart idea. 💡 what a concept!

It took a long time to get this die set

Got my order in perfect condition. Package came in great time, I think it took about 2 weeks to arrive but, that was when they were super busy on one of there sales. I’m in the USA so again, great timing.

So sorry your store is closing

Waiting for a refund for my November 30th order. You promised to ship what was left of my February order and do a partial refund, but since it is now April 22, I don't think the items were shipped, so now I can expect a refund for this too. So far I have been charged $300, for $72 worth of products. T. Ford

$5 sale was a steal. So sorry you are going out of business so not sure why you are asking for reviews. The order system was strange. I couldn't tell my order went through and cart didn't empty so I kept trying to order and didn't get confirmation email either. Then there were extra charges as it traveled which was not explained and I sure didn't authorize it. Never have I had extra charges added on later. 2 additional charges! And order took a full month to get to me so the sale was great but the process was a big fail.

Everything arrived in good order and as timely as expected. The package was very well done, as always. Craftstash will be greatly missed!

Great products at good prices. I was pleasantly surprised how fast I received my order since it was shipped from the UK. Will order from Craft Stash again.

Was not happy to hear that the vast majority of my order from their closeout deal was cancelled due to the implementation of the new tariffs on products from China. The fact that it was coming from the UK but because it had been made in China I would have to pay a tariff on the items therefore it was cancelled. I am to get a refund but still I am not happy. Really sorry that they are closing.
