My order was exactly what I needed. I did not require any customer service, although communication was excellent regarding my shipment. Lovely selection of colors to choose from.

This company is the best in terms of customer service. They back up w their word and their word is good! If there was ever a problem w something, they were quick to fix it. Never had an issue dealing with them. great service all the way around.

Even though it was a big sale, the items shipped quickly and arrived safely. I was missing one ink pad and they took care of my problem instantly. Would buy here again!

Really sad that you're closing up as I have really enjoyed my purchases. With the new Colorology line, I was looking forward to more colors coming out. I also will miss your brands of stamps, dies, and such. Well, I have enjoyed my time with you and wish you the best. Thank you!

5stars are not enough for the wonderful service of this company. I just recently found this site. And even with a 14 day delivery to USA it still is a wonderful site. I am blessed to have ordered from you to enhance my love of card making. I don’t kno how I’m going to go on without you but I’ll try. Thank you for everything I have ordered and learned. I have always had a positive experience with Craft Stash. I am sorry to hear about them closing. The service, and amount of products available was fairly easy to locate on the website, and purchase. Shipping occasionally was slow, but I did not need to wait too long to receive my orders. Overall I would give them 5 stars.

I received my order in a timely manner and the packaging protected my items. An extra bonus was that they were on sale. I highly recommend them.

I am heartbroken to read this morning, that you are closing your business. I live in the US, but have loved shopping for products like Made To Surprise, Daisy Mae, and Paper Discovery, that we don't have here. I've enjoyed buying and using the Papercraft Society boxes, too. I've learned so much from the videos you post from the different presenters, like Sam Calcott and Lou Collins.
