I ordered a magazine that came with a cutting die to make greetings with a beautiful peacock. It was shipped from the UK, but was still in my hands within two weeks. Considering that I live in the United States, the transit time was reasonable.

I have been very happy with all the items I've purchases at CraftStash. I am thrilled they're shipping to the United States again.

They refuse to ship to us here in the US even though I ordered before any tariffs hit. But they also refuse to refund my money from that order. I made that order on April 2 and it's May 24; still waiting.

Too bad this store is closing. They had good customer service, fair prices. Sometimes product was long on getting here, but that is because i was not ordering from the US office but the UK office. but it was all sorted out, no probs.

It came in very nice packaging and very easy to use.

I cannot believe my last order was canceled because of the tariffs. Ideal with another UK company and they just raised the postage.

As just posted, my 11/30 order was paid for by me in good faith and the items were never received because the carrier lost the package in the UK. I never received a refund and you continue to ignore this fact. Now that you are closing you can used this added money to help resolve your other issues. Tracy Ford

It may not be a large amount of money for you, but it's not yours anymore. Have some dignity.
