The kit arrived on time and delivery was rough due to needing a forklift instead of tool used with pallets in the grocery store. Everything was included, but I would suggest including specific instructions for each shed due to confusion as to how many ribs to build. They thought they needed materials for 5 roof ribs. Materials were provided for 4, but the instructions were to generic to explain. The pallet was a work of art and very hard to dismantle. Great job shipping! No way was that pallet coming apart in transit! Many thanks to Terry in customer service for leading me through countless questions. I love my Mom's shed!

Customer service was excellent

Product was great, delivery was good, packaging was good, and when ordering, customer service was great. Issues with building: went together fairly easy, however some of the instructions could have been a little more detailed. the extras stated to finish the shed (shingles/paint) were over estimated. I did not get the floor but had to modify base of shed to sit on a poured cement floor. Total additional cost for materials needed were about $500. 00. overall, it is a good product, and I hope to have it for years to come.

Excellent service when ordering and discussing details.Larry was amazing! Shipping was fast! Just a few days and it was there. Kit needed some modification since I was putting it on a concrete slab with no floor but everything I needed was there and everything fit well. I'm very happy with my purchase and it looks like it will last a long time. I do wish the no floor version came with some treated wood for Base.

Buying from Little Cottage.....was a great experience! We were hesitant to order from an online company, often times it is better to see the a product up and close. But Little Cottage Co. did not disappoint. Ordering was easy, product specifications were percise. Communication regarding delivery was excellent; there were email communications from the delivery company from the time our item left your warehouse until it arrived to our driveway. The driver was friendly, patient, and helpful as the materials were unloaded. The pieces to the shed came securely wrapped and in neat bundles. The instructions were easy to follow and the materials are of good quality. The end result is a beautiful shed! In addtion, I had to call the company regarding a billing question, the sales gentleman I spoke with was so kind, courteous and patient, he answered my question and helped me beyond anything I expected. Have already recommened your company to several people. Buying direct was a much better experience than going to a local Home Depot or Lowes. Much freindlier service and care. Thank you!

All aspects of the process were great. Some instructions were a little unclear, but a quick call to them cleared everything up. Definitely a lot of work to assemble my new shed kit, but definitely worth it.

This shed came out AMAZING! I purchased it so that I could extend an existing 10x10 shed so I had to modify the trusses, shorten the sidewalls, trim the front paneling, and omit the back wall. We’re still in the process of building. I am pleased with the quality of the product but 2 boards were missing, the floor trim 2”x4”x12’ , but we figured it out.
