Took (2) people to build in one day, all parts came in and was very pleased with how it looked. Looked exactly like the photo except the color.

I contacted this vendor numerous times, to delay shipment until weather passed, to ask for advice about build details and support, and to receive soft copies of build docs ahead of time. They were great, every time. The product is solid, the kit is a time saver, and the support is great!

I couldn't be happier with my 10x12 Value Workshop Shed. I was extremely impressed not only with the design, but also with the quality of the lumber. Every precut piece fit perfectly, and the boards were exceptionally straight. It would have taken me forever to hand-pick lumber of this quality from a big box store. I was also pleasantly surprised by the level of detail included in the Value Workshop model. Even though I chose the more budget-friendly tier, it never felt like I was sacrificing quality or thoughtful features. The larger door, in particular, is excellent and makes moving equipment in and out much easier. I do have a couple of suggestions for Little Cottage Co. On the 12' model with two side windows, I don't think the shutters are the best aesthetic choice because they sit so close to the door. I replaced mine with a simple trim piece (as shown in my photos), and I think it gives the shed a much cleaner appearance. I would also love to see an option to upgrade the included floor kit from OSB to plywood. I found the floor kit to be an excellent value, and I would gladly pay a bit more for a plywood flooring option. Overall, I'm thrilled with this shed. The quality exceeded my expectations, the assembly went smoothly thanks to the accurate precuts, and the finished product looks fantastic. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality DIY shed kit.

Arrived on time.

The shed came pre-labeled and pre-cut which is very helpful and speedy along the building process. It took about two full days to completely build. There were some pieces that were not labeled, but we were able to easily figure out where they belonged. Instructions were mostly easy to follow. However, the pre-cut and label design along for an easier process. Would recommend using a nail gun in order to speed up the bill process overall very happy with the little cottage company quality and experience.

Shipping and service was great. Nothing damaged, no issues during build. Thank you very much!

I recently finished putting up this 8x8 gable shed, and overall, I’m really happy with the result. If you’re looking for a compact storage solution that looks sharp and feels sturdy, this is a great pick. The Build Process The assembly was surprisingly straightforward. For a structure of this size, the panels and framing members lined up well without needing much persuasion. I was able to get the main structure up much faster than I anticipated. Instructions The only real "hiccup" was the instruction manual. Some of the diagrams were a alittle confusing. I had to double-check a few steps to make sure everything was squared up correctly. If you have a bit of DIY experience, you’ll navigate it fine, but it definitely pays to read two steps ahead. Final Verdict Once it’s all bolted together, the shed feels very solid. The gable roof design offers some nice extra headroom inside, which makes a big difference in an 8x8 footprint. Pros: • Clean, classic gable aesthetic. • Components are well-cut and fit together easily. • Great value for the price. Cons: • Manual could be more detailed in a few sections. Bottom Line: A fantastic weekend project that provides plenty of reliable storage space. Highly recommended!

Fantastic product. Amazing how well packed the shed is on one pallet. Nice to have everything pre-cut with no waste. Very high quality lumber, as well. Should offer a “no nails” option, as I used a nail gun to expedite assembly and now have enough loose 3” nails to last a lifetime 😉
