Ordering was easy. The correct size was sent. Had a few scuffs from the shipping. Terrible pictures. Extremely generic directions. No door knob for the man door. Shed is well made.

Bought the Value Gable shed - Delivery was faster than expected. Put insulation, sheet rock, Hvac and an awnig. Nice shed!

The parts arrived well packaged. Some minor damage to three boards. Assembly went well. I had to build it by myself so I did adjust a few procedures accordingly. All the parts were cut well. Instructions were clear and easy to understand. I did add a couple of studs at each corner for extra strength and to have a mailing surface inside for paneling. I also changed the single cross support to three higher up as I’m tall. I used laminate flooring on top of the OSB so that gave it a nice look inside.

I love how the final shed project ended up looking and was able to do it myself. My biggest issue was that almost all of the 2x4s were warped and bowed. This caused issues with the floor, walls and roof not being square so I had to constantly adjust and finish as best as I could. This resulted in the doors not being “true” and square but they still close and latch. It would have been nice if a kick plate for the threshold was included but I installed one. In the end it turned out well.

The Colonial Cottage at 8 x 12 is the perfect size for my outdoor painting studio. I keep tweaking, adding, and rearranging, and I’m considering a space heater and more. So far I’ve added a camp sink for running water and a coffee/tea station. My dogs love it. I love it. All good! Assembled by my husband, two tall grown sons, and me in a single weekend, it came together well, and we moved a few things around from the original plan. One of the long runs of shelving now lives on the OUTSIDE, and I’m still painting it to seal it. It’s been up a few months. The only quirk: the neighbor’s acorns hit the roof with a sound like a gunshot. Otherwise, it’s perfect.

I can’t believe how great this house is!! My five grandkids have so much fun in it. Well made, sturdy, solid, and handles a Chicago winter like a pro!

We purchased the 10x16 Gambrel and needed a flat bed for delivery due to power lines. They made it happen with no delivery issues. The shed is also on Wayfair for significantly more. This is a great value. Customer service is amazing. Instructions were easy to follow. Hayley recommend the little cottage company for your shed needs

Awesome shed.

Super easy shipping installation was a breeze

All the pieces are there except for they forgot the windows but I had them once I called I got them next Day Air everything fit well together everything was clearly marked as a piece of cake took me a few weekends though but with my help from my son-in-law but we got it done and I love it

I absolutely love my shed

All the pieces fit together perfectly!!

If I ever need another coop They will be my first call

This was a bit intimidating at first, but turned out terrific. I was impressed that the whole shed fit on two pallets when delivered. It took us (4people), about 4 days to finish it. I would buy again from this company.

For me the shed was fairly challenging to out together but only as it was a larger project than I’ve done before. My 13yr old and I had it up in about 4 days and had a lot of fun doing it. The shed kit was great. I would Rex omens it to others. My skill lever is intermediate and we didn’t have too many missies and learned some new skills along the way.

Fully built out my shed with solar.

My 10’x14’ shed came packaged great. All wood cuts were perfect. My son and I put it together in 2 days. The only difficult part for 2 men was lifting the 14’ side walls up with the paneling on so you really need 3 men to lift it up. I’m sure shorter walls would be easy. I would say if you need a shed get this product. Richard

While the delivery process was a bit problematic, once on site, the build was great. It was very convenient to have all the materials pre-cut and ready to build. The lack of waste on-site was a definite plus. All the materials were very good quality and cut very precisely.

Loved this kit. It came together like the perfect puzzle with every piece in place. A wonderful addition to our little Hurricane, UT guest house.
