I recently finished putting up this 8x8 gable shed, and overall, I’m really happy with the result. If you’re looking for a compact storage solution that looks sharp and feels sturdy, this is a great pick. The Build Process The assembly was surprisingly straightforward. For a structure of this size, the panels and framing members lined up well without needing much persuasion. I was able to get the main structure up much faster than I anticipated. Instructions The only real "hiccup" was the instruction manual. Some of the diagrams were a alittle confusing. I had to double-check a few steps to make sure everything was squared up correctly. If you have a bit of DIY experience, you’ll navigate it fine, but it definitely pays to read two steps ahead. Final Verdict Once it’s all bolted together, the shed feels very solid. The gable roof design offers some nice extra headroom inside, which makes a big difference in an 8x8 footprint. Pros: • Clean, classic gable aesthetic. • Components are well-cut and fit together easily. • Great value for the price. Cons: • Manual could be more detailed in a few sections. Bottom Line: A fantastic weekend project that provides plenty of reliable storage space. Highly recommended!

Fantastic product. Amazing how well packed the shed is on one pallet. Nice to have everything pre-cut with no waste. Very high quality lumber, as well. Should offer a “no nails” option, as I used a nail gun to expedite assembly and now have enough loose 3” nails to last a lifetime 😉

Would highly recommend. The kit was put together very well on the delivered pallet. Instructions provided a nice overview. Would suggest painting as you go instead of painting at the end. If the instructions were to be improved, would highlight were owner improvements could be added, e. g. weather wrap or insulation. In general an excellent kit.

Everything pretty much went together well. I added extra 2×4's in all corners and at every splice for added strength. Also, being a one man band- I constructed and put up all walls first- then the siding- worked out well.

The quality of the coop is great and having everything pre cut and labeled helped out a ton. Putting together the coops was a fun family affair. We are excited to build a run and move our first flock in to their new home soon!

Shipment was quick everything came good nothing was broken

I bought the 8x8 value A frame chicken coop with the floor . Delivery was delayed by the deep freeze weather we had but the company kept me informed. I then chose to delay delivery due to the ice that wouldn't melt however as soon as the ice melted in the driveway it was promptly delivered. Ok I must say the package was impressive. I really can't believe everything fit on the 1 pallet. Whoever figured out how to pack it was a genius. The quality of the materials are very good and most was labeled. I was missing a part and got mad as it delayed the build but it was a cheap piece of 2x3x8. The instructions need to be redone and make clearer with better illustrations. Except for the missing piece and unclear instructions everything thing else is really great. Customer service is awesome, they were able to clear up instructions when I got stuck. They even offered to replace the missing piece but I didn't want to wait and be delayed again. I highly recommend that you get a nail gun or use screws like I did. . nailing is very hard work but I couldn't see myself nailing this whole thing. I will highly recommend this kit company to anyone as the quality is really good. With two people I was able to build my coop. My husband did the roof and shingles in about 3 hours. I was able to build the walls mostly by myself, I used my teenage son as holder while I put the screws in. My chickens are happy and very comfortable. Egg production is up. I put linoleum on the floor then sand on top to act as cat litter. In the morning I go in and rake up the poop from under the roosting bars. I am very happy with this chicken coop and is already planning to buy another as I want to have a flock of just bantams
