Very pleased with my shed. It's now 2 1/2 years old and looks as good as when it was built.

I enjoyed building the shed the shed is off plumb by about 1/2 inch. I would it again if I needed to. I was able create a paint and I call it George Washington blue.

Easy to find just what I was looking for. Arrived quickly, and the builders I hired said it was an easy assembly.

This shed arrived in good condition, no damage to the pallet that it was on. We began working on the shed and all parts were cut to dimensions on instructions, took a few days to build it with 2 people, only working a few hours a day, all went well , first time building a shed from a kit, after all done I'm happy with this shed, would purchase again. Picture shows windows, did not come with kit, purchased separately. Shed has been up 6 months, no leaks and no issues.

Turned out great. Kids enjoy it! Two suggestions. 1) develop model/size specific instructions. There were a couple steps where I got a bit confused and had to reach out. Otherwise, the structure went up pretty easily. 2) consider options (if possible) for roof with pre installed shingles. That part was a tricky having never done it before. Regardless, turned out good.

I absolutely love how my shed turned out! so glad I found your website to order my shed from. The part I love the best is I was able to use AFFIRM and make payments on it, and I was able to pay it off over a year early. ANYWAY, this 12x12 shed into a complete "she shed / office', complete with insulation, electricity, air conditioning, the whole works! I absolutely love it! It's a little house / getaway that I can call my very own! thank you so very much!

Loved the shed

Our chickens are my wife’s babies. We needed a bigger coop because of chicken math. I found Little Cottage Company and fell in love with them. We decided on the one we wanted and ordered it. Building it was a team effort and it’s perfect for our flock. Initially, I used rolled roof material for the roof, but real soon, I will put on a tin roof.

We love the new coop! The instructions were easy to follow and we are not builders at all. We are raising Brahma chickens so we added a automatic turkey door and made the nesting boxes a little bigger to accommodate them, but this was always the plan! Will definitely buy from Little Cottage Co for our next building.

Ordered the 12 x 16 shed and arrived promptly as promised. Everything comes precut with detailed instructions to make installation a breeze. I opted to use screws instead of the provided nails which made installation even easier and fast. We had a couple of questions, customer service was friendly, eager to help and precise to resole the issue quickly. Truly a quality made shed, easy to assemble and great customer service.

I used your kit as the starting point and infrastructure for the building project. We built your original structure then added 2x4 and 2x6 to strengthen and reinforce. We ran wiring for lighting and outlets, built a loft, decked the floor with 3x4” plywood…polyurethaned the floor then put laminate flooring over it. We used only screws and paneled the entire inside after sealing and insulating even the ceiling… we used a top line architectural shingle roofing system and gutters. The base that you sent for the building we applied tar to the underside to protect against water/Ants/insects. The last step was to rap the building and apply Hard Plank siding and paint to match the existing main house. This building will last for generations of use. Thank you!

Would buy again! The kit was so easy to put together and it came with more than enough screws/nails, instructions were clear and easy to understand. We’re planning on putting some little flowers in the boxes soon.

The company was a pleasure to deal with, with an excellent selection of different structures to choose from. When you call you reach an actual person who can help. I had some questions about exact dimensions prior to purchase in order to plan the foundation, and later during construction. The supplied instructions did not entirely match the kit which had been changed slightly, and a couple of supplied pieces had holes in them. All these matters were dealt with in a speedy and friendly manner. The resulting shed is very solid and in daily use.

We purchased our 10x10 Classic Five Corner Shed in October of 2025. It was delivered about four weeks later. The delivery went smoothly, no damage or other issues. Two people spent two and a half days assembling it and installing the roof shingles, so budget for a helper if you're doing this yourself, but the instructions were clear and straightforward to follow. We live in the Pacific Northwest, so it was put to the test right away, it made it through our wet fall and winter season in 2025 before we even got around to painting it, and held up great. It arrived pre-primed, which made a real difference in helping it withstand the weather while we waited for better painting conditions. We finally painted it barn red in the summer of 2026, and it is incredibly spacious and looks absolutely fantastic! For the price, it's held up beautifully and feels like great value for the quality and space you get. We've had it almost a year now and couldn't be happier. Highly recommend this unit or any other shed from Little Cottage Co.

My birds love this structure. They have adapted well and it keeps them nicely protected. The only downside is there isn't any wire covering the windows from predators (or chickens that learn to fly through the screen) but this was simply fixed by nailing some around the outsides.
