All went well from ordering to delivery to building it. I would recommend this shed.

Great price & and a great product! Delivery was smooth and the item was packed up really well. Everything was cut to size and we had no problems at all with it fitting together. Really nice quality shed, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!

When I reached out to inquire, customer service was awesome and prompt. I wish they automatically updated you of a shipping date once ordered. Just so you can anticipate when you need to be home to accept the order. We haven’t put it together yet but in working with them it was easy and everybody was pleasant.

Turned the Cape Cod Playhouse into an ultimate treehouse for my twin daughters and couldn't have been happier with the results.

I cheated and had a carpenter friend help, but between the two of us it came together quite well. Still need to finish the roof. We decided to use stone for the siding to match the house and my workshop. My wife and I put on the metal roof ourselves. We change the doors to the side to meet our needs.

I was looking for plans on chicken coops when the Little Cottage showed as a link in the search engine. So glad I found them, the style and size are what I was looking for. The price is reasonable and with free shipping it was worth the wait. The price was less than the local sheds or coops. The only issue was the item has shipped email with tracking number, the actual ship date was 5 days later, email needs to be sent out the day it actually ships. The customer service department was great when I asked about the ship date. Answered my question promptly, If I ever expanded my flock again I will be ordering another Gambrel Barn Chicken Coop from Little Cottage.

I have the 8x10 gambrel chicken coop barn. I just finished putting it together and installing the roof. It seems to be of good quality but I do have 2 problems. 1) I was told it would take 2-4 weeks for delivery and it took 6 weeks and I live just over 1 hour away from their facility. They did not call to let me know it was going to be longer than 4 weeks. I had to contact them 2) The instructions are not good. They are very vague and basic. It seems like they are instructions for all of the barns/coops regardless of model or size. The hardware list did not match what was in the box(nails& screws). They didn't list how many nails or screws per section or how far apart to put them. Sometimes the pictures didn't match the instructions( the picture has a guy with a drill but the instructions would say to use nails). Better more detailed instructions would be great along with a video showing someone putting it together. With that being said, I did call them a few times and ever time I called I spoke with a live person immediately who was very nice and answered alll my questions or connected me with the right person. Some of the calls were about assembly and the person answered my questions and was very helpful. I would recommend buying from this company

I'm very excited to welcome my preschoolers back this fall to play in our new schoolhouse, which is perfectly proportioned to their size! Assembly was not too difficult, but if you have no background in DIY building projects, there might be some tricky parts. It took 2 of us about 6 hours to put the playhouse together. We were able to have the project completed--assembled, painted, shingled, and the bell installed--in about 3 1/2 days. We're still troubleshooting the bell. . . . it doesn't like to return to position after being rung and I wonder if the handle is a bit too heavy and causing the bell to be pulled off center when hanging. It shouldn't be too difficult to solve. Delivery was a cinch and the panels were solid and well-constructed. We have remodeled multiple homes and my husband has a lot of experience with building and he was very impressed with the quality of the product. The instructions were generally easy to follow, but there were a few parts that implied steps that weren't spelled out. Again, if you have a little bit of building experience, you'll likely figure it out, but I'm sure a call to the office could get you some help as well. The only criticism I have is that the website gives an estimate of 2-4 weeks for delivery. Ours took 8. 5 weeks to get here and there was zero communication on their end--I had to reach out every couple of weeks for status updates. I wish they'd at least let us know about the delays.

Assembling our 8x10 chicken coop has been so easy. All of the pieces are cut and labeled, and there are even marks at the correct measurements where pieces join. I’ve never built anything this complex before, but the kit has made it very simple. Our chickens are happy with the extra space and new nesting boxes.
