I was very pleased with the entire process. I received excellent advise over the phone at purchase time and the house went together really well. The directions are written and illustrated perfectly. I am impressed with the fit and construction of the kit. Painting and roofing took more time than anything else. My three and four year old grandchildren really love the loft option. This is a well built playhouse!

Excellent shed. Looks good dosnt feel cheap. Took me and my buddy all day Saturday and half a day Sunday to get it done and thats with zero construction experience so they definitely did a good job with directions and illustrations. My only real complaint was the shipping company damaged my curb and decorative wall and took off before I could take the full package apart to inspect the panels of which 2 were damaged.

This was an easy website to use, it shipped within the time frame. If you are shipping to a home make sure you have a pallet jack with long forks or something with long forks to unload the pallet. The pallet was about 6' to 8' long and the delivery truck only had a standard pallet jack, we used are telehandler to unload it.

We are delighted with the playhouse. We can’t wait to watch our granddaughter have old fashioned imaginative fun! We hope she enjoys it as much as we’ve enjoyed decorating and furnishing!

Came to me in a timely manner. Packing was good with no damages. Everything was as advertised. Instructions were easy to follow. Everything spot on and marked. Only thing is said needed 5 gallons of paint for sides,front and back. Bought the paint but really only used about 2 all together. Also said 2 gallons for trim so had bought that too and after two coats had only used half a gallon. So be mindful about that. Drip edge and shingle amount was correct. Otherwise I am pleased with the building and how it turned out. Gabled 12x20

Wow! We are so happy with our Cape Cod playhouse. We chose the 8x10 and built it on a 10x10 wooden deck that my husband built. We ended up paying a team of two handy men to assemble and paint it (around $1500 plus the cost of paint). It took them two days plus another day to paint. The playhouse was dark inside with the two small windows northern facing so we decided to add electrical also and that made a huge difference. Customer service was great, too. Very happy with our experience and the many years of fun ahead.

The kit arrived on time and delivery was rough due to needing a forklift instead of tool used with pallets in the grocery store. Everything was included, but I would suggest including specific instructions for each shed due to confusion as to how many ribs to build. They thought they needed materials for 5 roof ribs. Materials were provided for 4, but the instructions were to generic to explain. The pallet was a work of art and very hard to dismantle. Great job shipping! No way was that pallet coming apart in transit! Many thanks to Terry in customer service for leading me through countless questions. I love my Mom's shed!
