Totally helpful but obviously AI generated responses. The first response felt condescending and blaming me for my kids rash. His diapers were too small, that’s why he had a rash/chaffing. The email went in to tell me how to treat a rash at home. It was bizarre and too much. But in the end of the weirdness my issue was resolved, so there’s that.

We love this balm! It goes on very smoothly and does a good—though not perfect—job of preventing diaper rash, keeping the skin moisturized, and leaving it feeling soft.

Outstanding product and costumer service.

Ordering and updating my subscription is always easy. My one complaint is that a standard diaper subscription doesn’t qualify for free shipping, so I have to add something like wipes or an extra single pack of diapers to get free shipping, which makes the shipping a lot more wasteful because they then have to put the subscription diaper box into another bigger box so they can throw in the add-on.

Customer service was so great when I needed to size up from the diaper size I had ordered. They were quick and courteous and have a very smart policy in place to assist with sizing up! Good customer service does not go unnoticed by me, especially in a time where it often feels extinct. Well done Coterie!

We’ve tried so many diapers that are eco conscious and the best product that won’t cause any rashes. Only with Coterie did the rashes completely disappear and hold everything on the overnight shift! Incredible product and I recommend it highly! Worth the expense.
