The service was gold standard and the diapers and wipes were too! They fit well and do not irritate that new baby skin. I love getting out a diaper to put on our little one! We love these!

I needed a size up from the shipment I had just received and my concern was immediately dealt with via text with a real person who not only shipped out replacement diapers in the correct size that day but also made sure that my future orders would be updated accordingly— all resolved from one text I sent!
