I don’t like that I had to order a subscription in older to have a supply of diapers at my home for my granddaughters visit.

Excellent Customer Service!

Customer service went above and beyond for my first two autoship orders. My first order was not delivered on time by the carrier even though it was shipped on time by Coterie. Coterie sent a complimentary expedited replacement order next day and offered monetary compensation if I needed to purchase diapers in the meantime. My second order I needed to change the size last minute and they made it happen. It’s very refreshing having a company have great customer service and try to do their best to do the right thing!

Coterie is the Best diaper autoship I have ever tried. I have 3 girls, each 4 years apart. I had time to research diapers and Coterie had great reviews. . . . turns out there is a reason. Coterie absolutely deserves their reputation. Aside from the product being amazing, the shipping is so dependable and the communication is great. You get an email well ahead of shipping just in case you want to add or change something like sizes. Even when I messed up and put in the wrong size,they scrambled around and fixed my mess. Customer Assistance is AMAZING! I want to work for Coterie. . . THIS IS TRULY A SERVICE. . . . . a must gave for new moms.

My toddler loves her training pants. Perhaps a little too much but she’ll eventually let go. For now she enjoys comfort and cleanliness. Ease of putting them on and taking the off. She loves that there isn’t some random plastic tag in the back which if she finds on any other brand she won’t wear it or rips it off. Coterie is her favorite and we aren’t going anywhere else.
