Coterie is an excellent company. Their products are great, but what really stands out to me is the overall experience. Customer service is outstanding - responsive, helpful, and consistently easy to deal with. Their ordering and subscription management system is also incredibly convenient. It’s simple to manage orders, make changes, and adjust deliveries whenever needed. Between the quality of the products, the customer service, and how easy they make everything for parents, I genuinely think Coterie is one of the best companies to deal with.

The service is great, just wish the diapers were cheaper

Coterie customer service is the best. I ordered a size too small once, reached out to them and because I was a subscriber, there are multiple “forgiveness” orders where they send out the right size immediately for free. They get how hard it is to guess sizes when your baby is in-between!

Haven't had an issue with running out of diapers, they are always on point with recommending when it's time to size up.
