It was overall a positive experience - made all the more positive in retrospect by the quality of the gear that I ultimately was delivered. Knocked a star off because the expectations of when my purchase would ship were set badly twice. The website didn't make clear how long it would take to ship and I walked away thinking it'd take 1-2 weeks to get my shipping notification. I wanted 2 weeks and wrote an email - the response was very fast and professional. I was told manufacturing the guitar takes 6 weeks and so to wait another month. Another month goes by and still no shipping notification, so I write again. Again I got a rapid and very professional response that manufacturing was running ~2 weeks behind schedule and to wait again. Now, 8 weeks after order submission I got the 'shipped' email. Throughout the ordeal the folks I met were universally very helpful, and the product is great. The only ding was that my expectations for how patient I needed to be were bounced around a bit.

**Ciari Ascender P90 Duo with Seymour Duncan Pickups: A Dream Come True** I'm absolutely blown away by the Ciari White Ascender P90 Duo with Seymour Duncan pickups! This guitar is everything I've ever wanted and more. The craftsmanship is impeccable, the tone is out of this world, and it plays like an absolute dream. I initially ordered the guitar with Fishman Fluence pickups, but Ciari reached out to inform me that they were no longer available. They were incredibly professional and transparent about the situation, and offered me the Seymour Duncan pickups as an alternative. I'm so glad they did, because these pickups are incredible! They deliver a rich, full-bodied tone with plenty of bite and sustain. I was also a little concerned when Ciari informed me that there was a small crack in the guitar body, but they assured me that it was purely cosmetic and wouldn't affect the playability or sound of the guitar. They even sent me photos so I could see for myself. I really appreciated their honesty and commitment to customer satisfaction. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my Ciari Ascender P90 Duo. It's a truly exceptional instrument that I'll cherish for years to come. If you're looking for a high-quality, versatile guitar with amazing tone, I highly recommend the Ciari Ascender P90 Duo. You won't be disappointed!

Order went just as promised. Up front about having to wait. Shipping box and plastic air tubes triply ensured an instrument already built for travel would arrive safe. Not sure if it’s your preferred style or the Plek treatment, but did find the edge of the fingerboard wasn’t softened at all, kinda sharp edge tho it’s no different than any board you’d get from a lumberyard, just I didn’t realize how much I got used to a softer, but not rounded, fingerboard.

Very quick turnaround to get an instrument considering that they’re all made to order. Very responsive if you reach out to them with questions. Shipping was incredibly fast. I think I received it two days after I got the shipment notification.

I was a little worried with the build timeframe since I ordered it a month before leaving town. Eric Sands (VP Sales/Marketing) reached out and assured me that they will have it delivered before I leave town, and THEY DID!
