Great to deal with all as promised. Product exceeds expectations

First company in a long while that follows up with their customers. I had questions and they answered all of them. I couldn’t be happier with my new guitar. It’s built exceptionally well, I gave my other travel guitar to a friend of mine because I no longer have a use for it.

I was supposed to get this strap in 2 days for a $17+ delivery charge. It came 6 days later, with the blame put on FedEx. Not cool !!

The staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout the process. They did offer me a partial refund as compensation, which I appreciate. However, given the severity of the defects—especially the misplaced bridge—I actually expected a full, cost-free replacement of the instrument, with the company covering all shipping and import costs. While the communication was positive, the resolution doesn't quite make up for receiving a guitar with such fundamental build issues.

The products are great and the service was phenomenal. They were even able to pull in delivery a few days to match my travel schedule. This team is The Best!

It’s a great guitar, very easy to play with an excellent sound. The folding mechanism works perfectly. Fast delivery to Austria was perfect.

The time of arrival was as informed. Great surprise that Ciari took care of the customs fares!

All went as I was told it would. I got a little nervous after hearing nothing for about a month, but by then the guitar was nearly finished and I would have heard it was being shipped within a few days. Reply to that effect was quick.

Plays great, stays in tune! I got it in the am and I had a solo outdoor gig through the pa that afternoon. It was a windy fall day and I did not have to tune it during the set! Rode the bus to the gig and I had to keep reminding myself that I didn’t forget my guitar. Something to get used to. Can’t wait to fly with it.
