I have been using Chris' Coffee for years for all of my espresso equipment, parts and expert advice. This time I just ordered coffee and placing the order on the website was easy and shipping was fast.

The VST coffee filter basket and Black Pearl beans I bought are the best quality coffee I've ever had! I'll definitely buy them again. I received them very quickly in Los Angeles.

When I first ordered the machine I forgot to include a tamper with my order. Kayla was extremely helpful with modifying my order so I did not have to pay for shipping on a separate order. On December 31st, I reached out to Chris' Coffee support to clarify whether a 58 mm backflush disk would be suitable for this machine. The representative, Michael, informed me that it would work fine with my portafilter. Unfortunately, that turned out to be incorrect since the 0820 doesn't support backflushing at all. So the customer service experience was a bit of a letdown, and I got some inaccurate advice that didn't help with the maintenance confusion.

Received decision altering advice on which espresso machine to buy followed by prompt and professional delivery. You answer the phone fast; know your product, and service customers with a great attitude.
