I upgraded from a very old Proteo Barista to an Izzo Vivi PID machine. I really like the new machine and Mark Bagnoli was very helpful in the process . Everyone at Chris' Coffee is very helpful in answering all questions. Delivery was quick getting from NY to Texas. Thanks for an excellent buying experience.

I received my la marzocco in 5 weeks and in great conditions. Everytime I called I would always get the phone answered by a very polite person.

I sold my ECM Classika & Ceado grinder, both in great condition in one day. I needed to replace both quickly, but knew the upgrade I wanted, prior to the sale. Chris Coffee fortunately had the Rocket on sale & was offering an extra 10% off. After a call, I ordered the dual boiler prosumer immediately but had added flow control which is essential to me. Great deal on a wonderful espresso machine. The only negative is that they didn’t carry the Lucca flow control I was used to so I had to substitute another that I’m not enthralled with at all. It’s not functioning as I had hoped. In retrospect I should have bought the Lucca elsewhere & installed it myself.

The Chris Coffee team was great with helping me find & install the correct service part for my espresso machine. The replacement (and original) part itself is poor quality and poorly fitting, but that’s a QuickMill design & build issue and not a Chris Coffee problem.

Super disappointing customer service. Order was sent but inexplicably “processed for return” by usps before ever reaching me. My outreach to customer service resulted in zero refund because from their perspective “it wasn’t their fault. ” Ah. So I see. It wasn’t then clearly mine, because I have to bear the cost of a lost package. Never again. Buyer beware.

I needed a part for my espresso machine. The part was easy to find on their website and was shipped immediately. Not even the company that sold me the machine had the part available. I’m very pleased.

Never got a call back on a price discount request which was dis -courteous especially since I’m a good customer who purchased my ECM espresso machine from Clive a few years back. The price listed on an open box item was $100 more than WLL sells it for open box & about the same price I ended up buying for it at non-used. Only $5 more.

Responsive, easy to get in touch with. Some of the techs are excellent communicators, one of the techs not so much, but Chris Coffee won’t lose a star over that. For the most part, the information I was given to fix my machine was on point. I talked to three techs at different times. Two of them were excellent in communicating and diagnosing, one of them still had a ways to go in learning diagnosis. However, in general, Chris Coffee has been an outstanding company to deal with.

Chris coffee has all the parts I needed to get my la spaziale mini Vivaldi ii running again. Also, they have gone above and beyond to help me troubleshoot to figure out which parts I needed to replace.
