Online store was fantastic; items shipped in a timely manner. However, I paid extra for USPS Priority & did not received my package by the delivery date. To be fair, no fault of Chris’ Coffee - but, I will not use USPS again.

Had a problem with my Vivaldi II S1 blowing fuses. I called into support and they got me the right parts for the repair. They explained what needed to be done and were spot on with their advice. Machine is fixed and working like new.
