I had an exceptional experience with Chris's coffee. They took care of a service issue that I needed on an original grinder as such I purchased a brand new single dose Mazzer grinder from them and it is wonderful.
Hard to say what I think, since I am still waiting to receive my order. I do not currently have an estimated date of arrival, but hope to receive my items at some point. This is perhaps the slowest shipping with the worst (as in nearly non existent) tracking information ever. Waiting on a repair part for my espresso machine,and coffee that was probably fresh when shipped.

After another vendor and the manufacturer were unable to help, Chris’s was quickly able to remedy the issue. Twice. I regret not buying the machine (of another brand) from Chris in the first place.
I ordered a basket and gasket for a portafilter. Both were represented as high quality and they seem to be. Delivery was prompt. Can’t ask for more. P. S. I once saw a video from Chris’s Coffee on how to change a basket and filter. I now can’t find it and wish I could. It was a good video.

Great customer service on a machine I bought used and is no longer in production.
I’ve been using daily my Andrea and am completely satisfied - don’t know how I got along without it for my morning latte. Not to mention my afternoon espresso!! The questions I had were fully answered by the sales staff and the tech department. Highly recommended!!

Real humans!! I really didn't think I'd ever hear a human that was not on my contact list directly answer a call again! I'd have you over for dinner if you lived closer. I'll try not to call just to chat. Some influencer should do a vlog on this lol
Wonderful service and great coffee
My Eureka Mignon Zero grinder did not work so well out of the box. The directions were not good and I initially had trouble finding someone at Chris's to help me. I sent an email and Rob called me back promptly and worked with me to find a way to get the grinder up and running. I was impressed with his concern for my experience. However, I would suggest more videos to help customers learn the basics on how to use this highly technical equipment.
Excellent packaging and jiffy processing and shipping.
quickly responded to emails. Provided advice and directions to replace the seal on the expansion valve. 15 year old machine is now working great.
