The Chris Coffee team was great with helping me find & install the correct service part for my espresso machine. The replacement (and original) part itself is poor quality and poorly fitting, but that’s a QuickMill design & build issue and not a Chris Coffee problem.

I needed a part for my espresso machine. The part was easy to find on their website and was shipped immediately. Not even the company that sold me the machine had the part available. I’m very pleased.

Responsive, easy to get in touch with. Some of the techs are excellent communicators, one of the techs not so much, but Chris Coffee won’t lose a star over that. For the most part, the information I was given to fix my machine was on point. I talked to three techs at different times. Two of them were excellent in communicating and diagnosing, one of them still had a ways to go in learning diagnosis. However, in general, Chris Coffee has been an outstanding company to deal with.
