Well, I already (mistakenly?) said what I wanted to say about the company, but I highly recommend Chris Coffee. Mike and Sam were great answering my questions, and the woman answering the phone each time was so very helpful, friendly, and professional.

The support team at Chris Coffee is amazing. It's only a matter of time (in my case, a pretty long time) before certain parts on your machine wear-out. And, if those parts cause the machine to stop working, your choices are to repair it yourself or send the machine back to them (which I can hardly fathom doing given the challenges of safely boxing it up and the cost of shipping something so heavy). Thankfully, the support team gave me all the advice I needed to fix it myself. It took a fair amount of surgery but I got the repairs done and the machine is back to it's old self! Thank you team.
