I love this coffee! I first had it at a breakfast restaurant in Lake George and asked where they got it and I have been buying it ever since. I live in Ct and pay just as much for the shipping as I do for the coffee, I love it that much.

Received a bag of dolce tazza that was over roasted and unusable for espresso. It happens, and I don’t expect anyone or any process to be perfect. But I know that Chris Coffee would want feedback about things like this, because in my experience, they give all the right damns about quality. Customer service responded by quickly shipping a bag of Black Pearl, which is always delicious. Customer service at Chris Coffee has always been exemplary, and I have been a customer for about 25 years- coffee and equipment.

I really appreciate the customer support I received from Sam. I have an older Alex duetto. It is too heavy to cost effectively ship back for repairs. Was really grateful how Sam helped me find the right parts and walk me through the repair to get the machine back up and running. Thank you.

Chris’Coffee had the BEST coffee beans. I’ve purchased for over 10 years. Secondly, their Service Department does a excellent job on serving my Rocket Expresso machine.
