Purchased a Lelit Mara X V2. Unfortunately, due to shipping, the machine was damaged upon delivery. Chris' Coffee did an amazing job helping me resolve this issue by communicating alongside me to the manufacturer. I did not like that I had to go through the manufacturer, but this is clearly disclosed on their website that this is the case with all machine purchases specifically from Lelit. My second machine came in perfect and I've been working on dialing in the perfect shot now for several weeks with no issue.

My Quickmill refused to brew one morning after many years of service. I called Chris’ Coffee and easily got connected to a service tech who diagnosed that the pump had died. He told me which parts to order and gave me a quick how-to on doing the part installation. He graciously added “Call if you need more help. ” I did have to call back for pointers, and each time I received clear guidance. The whole experience was terrific customer service!

My La Spaziale Vivaldi II went down after some 20 years of great service. I bought this machine from y'all and it has been a great purchase. I didn't want to ship this machine up from Atlanta so I decided to take it apart to figure out what was wrong. That's when I got Roger involved and he could not have been anymore knowledgeable, nicer and helpful than he was. Long story short, I replaced the pump, then the motor that y'all shipped down and I was finally able to get it going again. I just wanted y'all to know that I am extremely appreciative for what Roger was able to do for me and am extremely grateful to him and so glad that I bought my machine from Chris. Y'all are fortunate to have him on your team..Thank y'all so much.
