I have now purchased 3 espresso machines from Chris’ Coffee. When I ordered my 3rd machine, I didn’t understand enough about it and they were very forgiving of some of the issues I had (including being out of town for a significant period of time making my return late). Of course I purchased a different machine from them. When I’ve had problems with my machines, there have been people there able to help me correct the issues. I definitely recommend Chris’ Coffee for purchasing coffee equipment.
