I needed and got some very good advice about a component of my espresso machine that had failed about three months ago, and after I replaced it worked for about three months, then failed again. So I'm sort of watching to see whether it fails again. But the advice I got up to this point was extremely helpful.

I was having an issue with a leaky boiler and Roger was helpful in troubleshooting the issue, recommending the replacement of 2 parts which he assisted me in the replacement process and was the correct diagnosis. The machine is working fine now.

Great. Bought a new steam and hot water valves , by Quickmill. For my 25 yo Anita machine and they arrived quickly and the update made my Anita feel like a new machine. So glad they have all the necessary repair parts, a great place to do business with.

Service team was helpful and responded quickly. The part I purchased was a new board with differences from my old Rocket control board, but the service team was able to confirm these changes and provide quick help.

I've purchased three high end machines over the last 15 years from Chris's plus 3-4 nice coffee grinders. Every time is a good experience all around. My latest purchase, a LaSpaziale S1 Dream T is more of a challenge figuring out the programing since I've always had the manual version. I'll reach out for some trouble shooting to see if I can get it figured out and I'm sure they will be great help.

My espresso machine was sent to Chris’ for a new pump but it arrived there severely damaged. Joe Blowers in the repair department meticulously documented the damages. I sent the documents to the shipper and they quickly acknowledged the fault and issued a check for the insured value.
